This is the first apartment complex I’ve truly called home. While many new developments are emerging around town, what sets this complex apart is its exceptional staff. Austin and her team consistently go above and beyond to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for residents.

The apartments themselves are beautiful, but it's the pristine grounds, immaculate pool, and prompt completion of work orders that truly enhance the living experience. The recent resident events have been thoughtfully organized and foster a genuine sense of community. It's evident that the staff invests significant time and effort into creating a warm atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

One of the standout features of this complex is the clear and effective communication from the management team. While it may seem simple, many other places I've lived lacked this crucial element, which ultimately affected my experience. The staff keeps residents informed about property updates, upcoming inspections, and rent due dates—an essential service, especially for those of us who occasionally forget.

I want to extend my gratitude to Austin, the manager, for taking the time to meet with me and address my concerns. I understand how challenging it can be to manage an apartment community, and I appreciate all that you do. Also, thank you to Shaun for his diligent work in maintaining the property and for his quick responses to maintenance requests. Your efforts make me feel valued as a resident, and I genuinely hope to remain here for a long time!

I have endured subzero temperatures without a working heater, no space heaters provided, and no assistance from maintenance for refills. Calling the emergency line is completely useless. It has been over a month of temporary space heaters, multiple maintenance visits, and so-called repairs—yet the issue remains unresolved. I have gone days without heat and hot water.

To make matters worse, whenever maintenance works on the apartment, they end up damaging my belongings. The office staff acts clueless and offers nothing but empty apologies while doing absolutely nothing to fix the problem. This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. I even had to purchase my own space heaters just to get by.

Do not rent here. Save yourself from going through the same nightmare that my family and I have endured during this freezing weather

Good location for the apartment but unfortunately that's one of the only positive things I have to say.

Management is a bit unprofessional/the emails are passive aggressive. Was great when the old management was here, not so much anymore.

A few of the maintenance guys have been great and very friendly, but a few have been pretty unpleasant and a bit rude. There have been times where I haven't been able to answer their calls right away as I work full time, and they get a bit impatient. I understand they have priorities and they have work to do, but the calls just haven't been pleasant.

They say they will fine people for dog poop not being picked up, but we are one of few dog owners that actually pick their dogs poo up. Watch your step in any of the common areas.

Lastly, they have been doing inspections lately (which I understand they need to do to keep everyone safe/everything up to date) but they haven't communicated very well which becomes tricky with pets and working full time. I can't just take off work to get my pet out of the apartment 2 days in advance. If they would schedule these and let us know with further notice, that would be way more helpful. It'll be 3 times coming into our apartment in 1 month.

This place also feels extremely overpriced for the age of the apartments. Yes the location is great and very convenient, but after utilities I pay over $2,000 for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment.. ☹️

If you're thinking about moving here I say GO FOR IT! The office staff is amazing! My absolute FAVORITE staff would have to be Keyera Mccrea.
She's professional, kind, and her attention to detail is OUTSTANDING! She definitely deserves a raise.

THEY WILL ILLEGALLY USE YOUR PET DEPOSIT BEWARE!

Honestly, Starla was AMAZING and made my first apartment experience the best. She loved my dog, gave him treats and always came by to see him and see how we are doing.. But after her leaving we got crappy management afterwards. They were not friendly towards my dog, “dog friendly” right? They were very passive aggressive on the phone, in person or in email. I never talked to Austin because all she did was sit in her office on the computer and too “cool” and only took appointments ONLY. which is sad because we all have jobs just like her? Haha towards the end of us leaving, I was told the damages in my apartment they wouldn’t use my deposit for and it’s been a month and I haven’t received it. Then told that they used my deposit but after telling me I would get it back anyway? This whole time I was waiting for a check in the mail for my deposit after being told I would get it back.

Pretty sad seeing the new reviews this place has gotten and how crappy it’s been for current residents. When I was living there everyone picked up after their doggies but I think the way they are being treated by management residents don’t care how the place is looking anymore.

I hope they get rid of this management and find someone who appreciates their residents, who communicates better and doesn’t open up their mouth about things that won’t happen. Oh.. and shout to the residents that are speaking up on this B S

As is the norm, Keyera has been very helpful with all of my questions or requests since my move in October 1st, 2024. I appreciate her timely answers to my questions, and her attention to detail in handling one small maintenance issue that I had. Finished quickly and well done by the maintenance staff. She and the Front Office will make living here at Ridgepointe all the more comfortable.

With $1700 for rent and paying the staff’s office bills monthly, the snow should at least be cleared when it stops snowing. The roads in the complex are dangerous and the gates only work to let you out half the time. I usually have to go all the way around just to leave the complex. Also, even if you pay your rent on the first they will still send you rent notices to pay your bill. Finally, they have a centralized ac control for everyone’s apartments hidden. The one inside of our apartments are just for show. I have mine set to 68-70 degrees at all times and yet now that it’s cold outside somehow my controls are automatically set to 89-90 degrees inside it’s ridiculous especially considering I live alone and hate the heat.

Pretty apartments but terrible management. And I will not be recommending other people to this place. I’ve been here for around 2 years and the last 6 have been terrible. My roommate and I had experienced the sprinkler alarm next to our unit going off multiple times for 3 consecutive days and their answer- first - was “try to put a pillow on it” to then experienced being neglected for 2 more days. Again -multiple times- Don’t get me wrong, it’s a management/owner's responsibility since we pay for this service. Additionally, we have communicated multiple times about the inconvenience that it is to being woken up at 6:30 PM ( constantly)by an anxious dog that Cries out all day (a product of their parents leaving her all day) and while I felt my message was received I didn’t felt heard or taken into consideration.
Then, the management tried to soften the situation by giving us a $100 gift card for both my roommate and me. Like if the $100 would fix the sleepless nights we got caused by your lack of efficiency to mention I had chronic migraines during that time.

Great location, good, amenities but overall poor management.
