We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Rist Canyon Inn! From the moment we first toured the property, we were in love! The golden pasture, charming historic inn, large old growth trees, and beautiful foothills backdrop created the most magical setting for our big day.

Emily and Alan, the owners, went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. They are truly the kindest, most thoughtful people. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care for every couple they host made the entire planning process a breeze. They were always available to promptly answer questions and offer guidance. They helped us find a day of coordinator, Andrea who was absolutely amazing in every way and was instrumental in everything running so smoothly!

We received so many compliments from our guests on how stunning the venue was and how seamlessly the day unfolded. If you’re looking for a venue that combines natural beauty with exceptional service, Rist Canyon Inn is the one. Rist Canyon Inn was the first venue tour we took after getting engaged, and nothing else compared from that very moment! RCI is truly such an serene oasis with mountain, creek, and pasture views, yet is only about 15 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins, which was exactly the combination we wanted to show our guests. Allan and Emily were the absolute best at all stages of the wedding planning process—not only in coordinating the venue but also in so many other aspects—they drove the shuttle buses, set up the greenery and lighting, prepped the ceremony field and arch, and so much more, all while making us feel incredibly supported. Our guests were in absolute awe at the care taken in all aspects of the venue, from the state-of-the-art reception hall, to the getting-ready houses, to the large planters filled with fresh flowers, to the airstream that functioned as a photobooth all night long. Allan and Emily provided us with so many resources to consider, such as a recommended vendor list, many of whom we used and also loved. They also have an entire vintage furniture selection for couples who may want to choose from those offerings, along with a bunch of rainy day supplies (e.g., clear umbrellas) to make wedding days as stress-free as possible, and stress-free it was. Rist Canyon was and remained the best initial decision we could have ever made for our wedding experience, and we would recommend it to all other couples. Allan and Emily are so kind and yet the epitome of efficiency and professionalism, and we’ll so miss working with them!

We are so glad that we chose to have our wedding at Rist Canyon! This property is so special as it has a lovely mountain, countryside feel but is only 15 minutes away from Old Town. It had absolutely everything we needed from a spacious and adorable cottage to get ready in, a dreamy pasture for the ceremony, a beautiful courtyard for playing corn hole and enjoying drinks under the lights, a lovely shaded space for cocktail hour and a gorgeous reception hall with room for dinner, dancing, etc! We had several guests comment on how perfect the venue was.

The property and the grounds are well maintained and Allan and Emily are a joy to work with! They made this process stress-free and responded quickly with any and all questions. You will not regret choosing Rist Canyon for your wedding venue!

We had an amazing experience with Rist Canyon Inn! Allan and Emily are very attentive and were accommodating with all of our requests. Every space was clean and well kept from the farmhouse to the pasture. I would highly recommend! We used quite a few vendors from their preferred vendor list as well and also had great experiences with all of them.

Rist Canyon Inn was a dream venue!! We do not live in Colorado and chose this venue from a FaceTime tour by the owner, Allan. We got so lucky, and had the most amazing wedding. All of our guests were so complimentary about the venue, the views, and everything in between. Allan is so helpful and accommodating, and just wants to make sure it is the best day ever for everyone involved!
