I cannot say enough good things about S&K. This venue is like a hidden gem. We looked for months and are so blessed to have found them. The price is very reasonable especially considering everything they provide and compared to other venues. Kathy and Skip are two of the nicest most accommodating people I’ve met in a long time. They were a joy to work with. It is absolutely gorgeous and if you had to move the wedding inside due to weather conditions it would still be beautiful.

S&K deserves a five star review because of the amazing service that they provide. No, this is not a five star because it’s like the Ritz Carlton, but it’s a five star for what it is. They take very good care of the grounds, but even better care of their customers. We made several last-minute changes and they accommodated with a smile and amazing attitude!! we have been involved in helping with other weddings, and even though the venue may have had phenomenal views or been a really cool barn, the owners of those venues were not even remotely as good as Kathy and Skip. There is something to be said about the people you work with, and these people have it in spades. If this place is in your budget you won’t be disappointed!!! The linens they provide are a very nice quality, and the add-on items are very affordable as well. You really couldn’t work with better people and for this price we thought it was very worth it. The picture posted shows their tablecloth and napkins.

Gorgeous venue for a summer wedding, even had a great spot for a food truck (we had an icecream truck), grounds are well kept. With all that was included the price was great.
