This is my wife’s store of choice for the majority of our family groceries. They always have the best prices and service. I also love their floral department to buy her an occasional bouquet and their bakery for the best donuts in town and custom-made cakes. We are very grateful that Safeway is here in Gallup!

I shop at Safeway all the time. And majority of the time I am happy with my visit. But today my CASHIER was very unfriendly, not hospitable at all. She was rude when I tried to talk to her she packaged my groceries in a manner that 3 of my bags ripped due to way to many items in the bags. She also put my eggs in the same bag as my canned cat food. I never have complaints but today the CASHIER was extremely rude for no reason. I tried to say hi and ask her how she was doing she just ignored me. NOT a Happy CUSTOMER today….

The best grocery store in Gallup. If you're vegan or vegetarian...Safeway is the place for all your needs. Excellent, high quality products.

This is I believe the largest safeway I have ever been in. It is well stocked and clean. The restrooms were clean. But the best part was a young lady named Shannon who was working self check out. She was patient, very knowledgeable and took time to teach us how to use the very unfriendly safeway digital coupon app. Thank you as you taught this old man something about digital coupons today
