We showed up at 1:00 and the kitchen was on hold, so we came back at 2:30 and all was good! We were not going to miss out on our favorite eating spot in Pagosa!! We are used to Kansas City barbecue but the brisket sandwich here is as good as any in KC! The Local is my favorite burger! All the staff is very professional and VERY nice too! This place is a must when visiting Pagosa Springs!

Really great food that is so fresh! The green chili stew with warm fry bread and honey is amazing! Everything we ordered was fabulous. Very kind staff and overall great experience! One of our top choices in Pagosa!

Don't be in a hurry, but worth the wait time.
Walk up to place your order, it'll be brought to your table when it's ready. My hatch chili burger with pepper jack cheese was really good, the green chili pork fries were excellent (large portion, plenty for 2 people). Serve yourself drinks. I recommend you put this on your list.

A tiny building with delicious burgers. This place is just a handful of burger choices. There's french fries. And that's it, but I'd recommend trying for you happen to be here.
The only reason i didn't rate 5 stars is because of the lack of item choices, and the kitchen had to close for 45 mins. But worth waiting if that happens to you.

Nice little local place. Food was ok, got the sage burger as a double. Should of had double cheese as well on it but only had cheese on one patty. Over board on the pickles and only a light amount of lettuce and a small tomatoe. For almost $20 it should definitely have double of everything on a double. Food was very hot and fresh so that is good. Fries were ok nothing great but ok. It's a nice place run by nice people. But there could be some improvement.

Family managed fun vibe with outstanding grub! The location stands out since it's not in the crowd of places along main, or in the west development. The green chilé cheeseburger is a great local-worthy choice. The French fries are some of the best in the area! The turkey and cheese sandwich was so big that my Dad had to take half of it home!

My husband and I really enjoyed this spot! I had the patty melt made with the vegan patty and it was excellent. My husband had the local burger and said it was very good and that it rivaled the ones he blends himself at home. The fries were tasty and crispy which is always nice and the only thing we didn't love is that the fries came separately.

This no joke was in my top 3 burgers of all time!! Not only that, but the loaded green chilled fries had the best ratio of flavor added to french fry ratio ever! They were so good!! This combo was a top meal ever for a burger place!!! Delicious must eat at restaurant in Pagosa Springs period. I wish I had a better picture but it was too good to stop lol
