i won't lie, the food is terrible. The brisket is dry, the ribs taste like bologna, the mac and cheese tastes frozen and rewarmed up, and the cheesy potatoes don't have any flavor to them. its just kinda like eating a big plate of sand, respectfully. The service was super good, and the people were nice. but $25 for this food is diabolical. The sprite was pretty good and that was the best part of the meal. Everything else, not so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend to friends or family, and i won't be back.

Serious TX never disappoints! It’s always fabulous and delicious no matter what I order.They are generous with their meats and their loaded potatoes are amazing! Today’s order was $20 for 4 Taco Pigs and a small cobbler! And 1 pig is so filling that I will save and have 3 more meals. Bring back $1 Buck a Rib nite pretty pretty please. See ya soon!

We were driving and noticed this place. We decided to give it a try since we were looking for a place to eat anyway. Upon entry, it felt like a pretty cool place. The prices seemed reasonable (especially for bbq), so we ordered. We fed our family of 5 for about $110 with beverages. The food was ready right as I paid, and we sat down to eat. It's good to point out that this location doesn't have seating for large groups to sit together (just and fyi). Most of the tables only allowed for 4 people. Regardless, we pulled up an extra chair and went to town. The food was warm, but it was pretty dry. I'm not a big sauce fan because if a protein is cooled right, it will provide its own special flavors. Anyway, the ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and sausage were dry. I also had an order or cheese potatoes, and they should he called pepper potatoes instead. Now, I'm not bashing the place. It wasn't terrible, we ate our food, and it was pleasant.

Not everything is bigger in Texas! But it is definitely here. Far from the lone star state, this little saloon certainly has all the beef in its barn. Delicious brisket, moist and slightly tender to hold up any cow boy’s spurs. The big steer ribs fell right of the bone and there was nothing shy of well feed cattle in this ranch. Kid or an adult, the Mac n cheese was off the wagon train delicious. There are plenty of signature sauces to flood the gates with. My favorite was the seriously Texas bbbq.

We love Serious BBQ. Get take-out all the time. They have awesome food. But tonight we ordered a dozen wings and some potato salad and we threw it out. There was absolutely NO SEASONING at all on the wings. They were apparently just dumped in the fryer and then into a box. They were overcooked and the skin was so hard they were super crunchy. Awful. The potato salad might have been ok, but I had to pick out pieces of black potato, so I lost my appetite after seeing that. What's going on over there tonite

Wanted to like this place. Nice atmosphere and very friendly service. But the food was terrible. Everything i had (brisket,sausage,wings) was very dry. The wings were extremely dry. The cheesy potato and mac and cheese was bland and not good either. Sweet tea was good. But this is not good BBQ. Especially for $25+

UPDATE: Yesterday, I returned and got a chunk of brisket (1.5 pounds) and coleslaw and tater salad to go. The brisket was excellent. Plenty of bark, and, therefore, plenty of great flavor. Moist, tender, just what it should be. So I increased my rating by 1 more star. Next time, I'll try the sausage again. (Maybe I need to ask for the really spicy version? We'll see...)

Before I begin my review, let me say that I lived in Texas for over 30 years before moving to Fort Collins. Yesterday, I ordered a 2-meat plate, brisket and sausage, with potato salad and coleslaw sides. Overall, everything was OK. However. The brisket had almost no bark on it resulting in a flavor that was somewhat subdued. The sausage had good flavor, but I was expecting it to be more spicy-hot, because I'm used to Elgin hot sausage. Anyway, the service was great, the sides were tasty, and, like I said, overall, worth another visit.
