Given a Levi jacket with a hood. Yes a hood. She removed the hood and added a collar. Looks like it should have been made that way. Now it is a functional work jacket. Excellent.

Now ive used sew by sew many times and i loved the products they have. However when you go in and are told send deigns and well talk price, then get the absolute run around is when im sure we all get upset. Ive spent time sending messages back and forth with the owner and it seemed like something had to change. I was told about this new equipment and how it’s the newest thing and she’s only been able to do it on lighter colored materials however I was then told you could not do it and the material I asked. It was then proposed to just use vinyl. Now I asked her how long does the vinyl typically last as being in this business as long as you have, you should be able to answer that. I then get told to “do some research myself but also given depending on the film and heat prrocess will depend on how many washes it typically gets before the vinyl start to fall off. Ok skip all that we’ve now been messaging for over a month and still no prices so I went to message her and ask if she may have came up with anything and now I’m told to go back in so we can discuss cost of material and vinyl. Back to square one. I’m a busy man with minimal time and I’ve done everything asked so now I will go else were and the response was “And i am a very busy woman and i never received designs from you and yes I check spam mail etc. So kudos your new adventure” well I never mailed you and have all the texts. Continue to support her or don’t but be warned about wasted time a bad mouth old lady who clearly is like most industries, my businesses my rules don’t like it kick rocks. Typical business owner. Support your locals they say. I say I’m done. Here is the back and forth with picture as witness

In town for business and forgot my face mask in a previous rental. These incredibly kind and helpful women came to my rescue at only $3 a mask! And I didn’t have somewhere to prewash the mask, so they steam sanitized it for me! AMAZING PEOPLE HERE!

What a great place. Have an old quality winter jacket, with broken zipper. Can't afford new jacket so had them sew on new zipper. What an excellent job and high quality zipper. Even fixed a couple holes in pockets. You need new zippers, clothes fixed, tailored etc. You found the place. And very nice people too.
