I really wanted to like this place. It’s well located in the main village square and it has a good selection of classic crepes but when I went in this afternoon with my husband and baby, blocking the small entrance with my stroller and desperately looking for someone to asist me, I was met with shear indifference from the 5 staff present, none of whom cared about my presence enough to ask me if I need a table or anything at all for that matter. We left disappointed after a few minutes of waiting.

Awesome place to get away from the rain, great portions!! My boyfriend and I were on a budget and got two hot chocolates that were amazing, he also got scrambled eggs. I don't like eggs that much but they were so soft. My banana bread was a little dry but had such a great flavor. The price was amazing for what they offered!! Georgia and Patrick helped out and they were very speedy and personable. I've had some underwhelming food experiences here in Mammoth but this place definitely lifted my spirits, exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Forgot to add: definitely get the Italian sodas, I got the strawberry one and I wanna try the cherry one next. So good!

After a long wonderful sunny day enjoying the mountain I came to visit side door. The staff was nice, they didn't have Cash singles to provide my change but it's ok. The Philly steak sandwich was decent, a bit too salty. I will not order that again. It's convenient next to the village gondola. Happy hour is very limited: $1 off drinks and appetizers from 3-6pm

We ordered some delicious dessert crepes from Side Door Wine Bar and Cafe! We got the s’mores crepe and the Cinnamon Roll crepe and they were soo tasty! They also have yummy savory crepes as well as other fabulous food to eat. They also have a full bar wine bar as well as a fully stocked bar for cocktails.

This place in Mammoth Lakes, CA, really knows how to cater to the gluten-free crowd. They offer a cheese board complete with gluten-free crackers that are surprisingly tasty, and their crepes made from gluten-free batter are a genuine treat. Plus, they serve a refreshing cider that’s perfect for winding down.

Sitting outside is a bonus, as you get to relax and watch the world go by while enjoying faint sounds of a live concert from the nearby main area. It’s a great spot to soak in the local vibe without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

I have to say, the wine selection here is absolutely fantastic, and the atmosphere is both cozy and charming. However, I must point out a significant issue: the level of friendliness and humor from the owner is just overwhelming! I came here hoping for a serious and stoic wine experience, but instead, I was bombarded with laughter, smiles, and witty banter. How am I supposed to maintain my serious wine connoisseur persona with all this joy and good vibes around?

And let's not even get started on the espresso martini. It's simply divine, almost too good. The use of the infamous Borghetti Di Vero beans to brew the espresso adds an otherworldly depth and richness that completely distracts from my attempts to be a sophisticated critic.

But the real frustration? You have something for everyone, and it's all done perfectly. Whether it's the exquisite wine, the heavenly espresso martini, or the delightful company, it’s all just too much. It’s almost as if you’re trying to ruin my brooding mood on purpose with your impeccable offerings. Everything is just so perfect here—how am I supposed to keep up my serious wine critic facade? Please, tone down the charm and excellence a bit – I need to brood in peace! Honestly, it’s almost unfair how good everything is. I bet even the regulars have a hard time finding a single flaw to complain about. It’s maddeningly perfect!
