Went here for a quick bite after a round of golf at Boulder oaks, at first glance all we saw was the misters due to the heat lol. This place is very nice I like the set up and the beer selection was very good, the atmosphere was very welcoming, the service was friendly and fast. The food was very good, everything is a la carte though so keep that in mind. Probs are pretty big example one order of fries feeds 2-3 people. I would definitely go back and recommend.

Tucked away, this was a fun find. It was a warm day for an outdoor venue, but they had the misters going, and there were plenty of shaded options. Bar seating up front, live music courtyard in the back, and we sat in the middle passageway between the two. The tots were fabulous. Really liked that they offered Cali Creamin'. We plan to return.

Great place, had live music, friendly staff, and great food that takes 1.5 hours to get. The kitchen can not keep up with demand, and the way you order standing at a doorway next to the bar is a bit chaotic. Do not get me wrong it's a enjoyable place just know if it's busy the struggle to keep up.
The seared ahi was excellent so were my fish tacos.
The cheesecake in the photo was good once it thawed out and wasn't rock solid frozen.

The place is a very tight squeeze if you have a wheelchair or stroller in your party or don't recommend it.
Dog friendly great place to take Fido if he behaves himself.

We visited late Saturday afternoon and easily found seating for our party of six, including a baby stroller. It's a delightful spot with a unique charm and delicious food. You place your order at the bar, and they promptly bring it to your table.

Both my lady and I opted for the burger, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice. The burger had that perfect smash style, nestled on a perfectly toasted bun. We each ordered a side of tots, but soon realized that it was a generous portion, and we ended up sharing with the table.

The staff was friendly, and parking was a breeze. However, the only drawback was the presence of a significant number of flies, which was a bit of an annoyance.

Side Yard is a hidden gem! Despite the busy Saturday night crowd, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The atmosphere was lively, with live music adding a great vibe to the evening. They also had both baseball and football games playing on the TVs, so it’s the perfect spot for sports fans.

But the real standout was the food. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. You can tell the chefs put real care into the menu, and it absolutely paid off. From appetizers to dessert, everything was top-notch.

We had such a great experience that we're already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a fun place with great food, live entertainment, and excellent service, Side Yard should be at the top of your list! Highly recommended.

Haven’t been here in a long time, but I have to say I am delighted to report for a small little eatery, they are big on providing good and delicious eats! I had what was called Firehouse chicken sandwich and hubs had the fish and chips. They both were delicious and outstanding, finger licking good! The place was crowded, football Sunday and all, but the service was quick! Looks like we’ll be regulars! Can’t wait to try their mimosas! Thanks, Side Yard!

This is a family-owned, quaint restaurant and bar. I went to lunch with a group of friends and we sat on the back patio under the canvas awnings. You walk up to the bar to order from a menu of American food (burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, etc) and they bring your food to the table. They have music playing and TVs playing sports on the patio. The food and service were good. It was a bit warm outside so I can imagine it would be pretty hot in Sept/Oct during the day but if you want to stay out of the heat, you can plan to visit for breakfast or dinner during those hot days. It's a charming place and close to Welk resort if you're staying there.

It was really hot to sit outside, there were fans but that wasn’t enough. There was a cooler conditioning fan but it needs water, it sat empty. The food was not bad, I enjoyed the sweet potato fries. The wine was a good deal, $5 from the bottles that was opened the previous day. The eating area was nice and quaint. But it was hard to enjoy the food when it was so hot. There were flies everywhere.
