Lovely place! Visited from Cali, and my potna took us here to have a stick. Cigar selection was excellent, and the staff were GREAT. Definitely, a place I'll visit when I'm out there again.

I don’t even know how to start 😂. I went out with a friend to enjoy some cigars. We decided to try out a new lounge and support a local place. Everything was fine until we met the drunk owner. Everything was smooth and we were having some laughs with the employees then she started a conversation that involved strippers and janitors. Anything we said was turned around on us. If I said that something was NOT a disrespectful job, she would say well who are you to decide if something is respectable or not? 😂😂 She berated us and argued with us over something we all agreed on and turned it awkward. We tried to mend the bridge and asked about her starting a cigar lounge and what her experiences were. She said she was denied by the city of Aurora when she initially tried to start up her shop. We asked why they denied it. She said, “it’s the city, they don’t have to give you a reason.” I asked if it had to do with zoning or something? She told us that she wasn’t our friend and you just have to know what the *flip* you are doing and she wasn’t going to do the research for us. We sat outside the entire time probably one and a half to two hours before they closed. She sat beside us then loudly announced they were closing in 15 mins, 10 mins, etc when nobody else was around. We were going to enjoy a couple of more cigars after spending $55 for two Padron 7000’s but decided not to after all of this. So we just smoked our cigars and left after we listened to her rant about how the good ole boys are just rich white people who were spoon fed their entire lives. 😂😂😂 It was a free comedy show.

Response: Please send the video. We are both Asian and have been to those Asian countries on deployments/vacation. We have nothing to hide. Don't edit anything out, I want the full 2 hours of footage.

Stay away! If you want to be berated by a condescending owner who was drunk in front of customers then this is your cigar lounge. It’s overpriced and a barren selection of your typical run-of-the-mill cigars.

Smolder has a huge, spacious lounge with comfortable leather furniture and ten big screen TVs. It's one of the larger lounges I've been to, and I've smoked all over the country. They have a very limited selection of cigars, though, if you're looking for a single smoke. In fact they have one of the smallest walk-ins I've ever seen. The biggest disappointment was that there's a fee if you want to smoke there. They have a daily rate, a monthly rate, and a yearly rate. I can't help but think that this is related to the signage on the entrance and throughout the store that says hate speech and prejudice are unwelcome. It's almost as if to say that they are going to ensure that certain people will not be allowed to come in, so they charge you to be double sure. The young lady that waited on me was kind enough and knowledgeable, but there was not a very welcoming tone to the whole place. I noticed several brands of cigars I'm familiar with were priced a couple of dollars higher per stick than usual, as well. So for my one day fee of $20, I got the privilege of paying more per stick and a can of soda, a sign on the fridge saying I could only have one. Overall, I overpaid for what the majority of other places offer for free. Not going to be a place I return to.

I like this place more and more. I feel like Diamond lives there sometimes lol. She's always there to make the customers comfortable and happy. Selection is small but they have all my faves, often when others don't. Bought my first box with them today and they were competitively priced. Thanks again all!

Patrons beware... I don't leave reviews much anymore, but this deserves a warning to future patrons. This place is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They will steal your cigars right out of your locker. Both the owner and host lied to my face, did not honor the agreement for membership, and behaved like spoiled children when I asked for justification of their actions.. They told me that they would expect someone to return their call within 24 hours, and apparently if you don't they will just open your locker and give away hundreds of dollars of your stuff. And my membership is still active and paid to date. How do they think this is ok? No apology for the mistake, no refund of anything offered, just shoulder shrugs. Literally just in awe at the audacity, rudeness and lack of civil communication from this place and its owner.

For a place that advertises and charges like a luxury lounge, they don't know the first thing about communication, are constantly changing rules and prices, and somehow "have no idea" where the agreement that i signed to begin with is at. Apparently it is just subject to the latest grudge and whimsy of the staff, regardless of your standing as a member.

Save your money... and your cigars... and stay far away!
