I had been craving a taco salad in the edible shell for ages. I found it on Strut's menu along with a photo on their website. I sent my husband to pick one up for me tonight, and my excitement turned disappointment and disgusting when he got home with it. The first photo is from Struts website, and the second photo is what I got - a plate of STALE nacho chips with a little bit of lettuce in huge pieces, with ice cold ground beef! Nothing at all like the description on the menu. Don't give me " the shell won't fit into the Styrofoam plate!" Then get some carry-out containers it WILL fit into, or notate on your menu that carry-out orders will be prepared differently. If I had known this was what I was going to get, I would've ordered from somewhere else!! SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS MESS!!!

We sat with Marlee she was very polite & attentive! We ordered an appetizer it came out somewhat quick and the food came shortly after. The diner room began to fill quickly and she still checked on us ! Our lemon pepper wings were also to our liking.

I went for the first time yesterday- the menu had a wide variety. I decided on two types of Jumbo C- wings though it was carry out the waitress got a tip. When I arrived to my hotel hungry I was a 100% disappointed. Who mess up wings. You basically just drop and fry. These were soft mostly uncooked. All of them was literally white on the outside as if almost raw. While I ordered two flavors neither was seasoned no lemon pepper no garlic Parmesan just a bunch of undercooked white wings. This 22.95 plus tip I could have just given it to a homeless person to go find a couple of decent meals. The wings were disgusting and to add injury to misery the fries was soggy as if they had been laying out all day just waiting for a sucker like me to rescue them. After only having had a smoothie all day after driving from Atlanta I was quite hungry. I tried microwaving a few of the wings in an attempt to cook them but that didn’t work. I have a policy of never taking food back b/c some cooks get easily offended and will add something special that’s not on the menu. I only ordered the wings and fries which went into the garbage - maybe everything else on the menu is great but those jumbo half cooked soggy fries I wouldn’t recommend. I am in Oxford about twice a month but that will be a stop I want be making ever again

The burger was lip smacking good, not messy and soggy. Also the wings and fries were delicious Will definitely return when I visit again or passing through.

The food was a good portion. But the chicken tasted nasty. The bacon queso cheddar fries super good. But the chicken in the wrap and quesadilla, just order something else.

Salad was good but had alot of the hard white lettuce instead of the tender green lettuce. Not alot of fried chicken on it either. Truthfully, the salad from Zaxbys is much better. Not very pleased with being charged EXTRA for a tiny little container of honey mustard salad dressing. Good place to watch the basketball game. Thanks

The food and service are very good. The only problem I have is in the description for the Nachos, it says " A hugh platter". It's not even close to a hugh platter. By the description, I thought it was enough for two people. It's not. It was very good, just a poor choice of words. So, we ordered some chicken wings to finish the meal.
I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in town.
