Be CAREFUL when you rent from this woman! She rented a throne type of chair and on the day of the party she told me it was not available. Also she told me to pay a balance which was more then what it was supposed to be and when I asked her why, she said she did not have time to explain, that she was busy and If I didn't like it she would take her tables and chairs. She never gave me an invoice with the prices she just told me over the phone. The invoice only had a total and my deposit. I kept asking for the invoice and she never gave me one. On the day of the party I had no choice but to pay what she said otherwise I would not have tables and chairs. Also her prices are more EXPENSIVE but I found out too late. She is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! The chairs were dirty, scratched and several were broken. BAD experience and I will never rent anything fron this rude woman

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. VERY, unprofessional, don't know what the heck they're doing and don't know how to run a business. I booked my wedding venue with them, months down the line they decided to add additional charges that we didn't agree to. I said no, we're not paying extra and that was that. Again, a couple moths later the lady tried to add more charges and I said no I'm not paying extra for anything that we did not agree to. They were wanting to charge for every little thing. The owner and his wife were never on the same page and always told us two different things on charges. I decided to cancel our booking as i did want a huge bill on the day of my wedding with additional charges. I was expecting them to keep the $300 cancellation fee, but instead they kept $500. This was never the agreement!!! I'm very angry that we were scammed out of more money! I'd advise anyone to NEVER do business with these shady people!!!!! They can't be trusted and don't honor anything they say!!!

Worse place anyone can go to get party goods.. I went for a pinata and when I spoke to the owner he said it was going to be great and huge, picture perfect. . But what I got was a box with a picture on it literally. I will never go back or refer anyone. DON'T GO THERE.!

Horrible, this is the second time I rent a karaoke machine. Last year, and the microphones were broken. Then today, and the keypad is broken. The keys are stuck... I called and of course they are closed.
