My family and I have been coming to Copper Mountain for decades. After getting a coupon from our condo's front office, we stumbled upon this new restaurant addition, Sweet Soy. Sweet Soy is located in Center Village, we hoped on the free shuttle from East Village and made out way.

The accommodations are quaint but we were able to pull up a chair to fit. My family totaled a party of 5 people. I will mention there are only a handful of tables and I saw many groups have to either get takeout or wait for a table. After our shrimp appetizer we waited for 30 minutes or more for our entrees. Service was overall good, minus having to ask our waitress for water for a second time once our hot sake arrived. For this reason I gave four stars. Once the food did arrive, it was hot, all came out at the same time, and all my family were satisfied. I would recommend checking this spot out.

*Make note when attempting to use a season pass holder discount, we were declined due to this being privately owned by a small business. On the bright side, our coupon that was offered by our condo was accepted.

The wonton chips and poke were amazing! I highly recommend this place as an alternative to your typical pizza / burgers / chile you get during the ski day.

If you’re at Copper this is a MUST!

Sweet soy has amazing food that you can tell has a lot of time put into it. The owners are two very cool people that genuinely care about quality.

This is one of the only places on the mountain that offers healthy food at a pretty decent price!!! And some yummy hot sake to warm you up!

Go give them a visit!

I got some awesome food here so good I went back a second time and ordered more. The man that great me remembered me from last time and we chit chatted for a sec. Very happy I went there. Yes I ate all of this even 75% of the fries!

The homies Noah & Spencer recommended this place (They work here) After I heard about the perfect rating for the kitchen from the health department, I figured I had to try it. The Dynamite shrimp over feta fries was 💰💰💰! Restaurant was clean and everybody was super nice. Thanks for everything!

Had the ramen with pork. The pork was great the ramen lacked flavor a bit was still good broth just a bit watery and lacked the fullness other ramens have. Still worth a try though

By far, the best food on Copper Mountain. I love that’s it is locally owned and operated. I’ve eaten here a few times and have tried something different every time and every time, it’s delicious. Highly recommend.

Nice addition to Copper. Far east salad was great as was the tuna poke bowl. The chicken curry bowl was just so-so. Good selection of local beers.

Service was quick and friendly.
