Enjoyed some cocktails during happy hour. There Will Be Blood, which was a nice Negroni type cocktail with a splash of cherry liqueur. Very relaxed setting. And here is some info for those that love dining at Colorado Craft but hate their shortened hours. The kitchen serves one hour later if you are downstairs at the archives except on Sundays.

Pretty cool spot. We were hungry and the lady at our hotel said it was possible they could.be serving food but that if not they had good drinks. Totally loved my drink.it was key lime and delicious...our server Maurice was really nice and suggested a place to get.some food. Cool spot underground.

In the basement of the old Ritz, is found the old Ritz restaurant. The Archives serves trendy food and unique drinks. With a dim lighting, and loud sound system. This is not a place that I would intend to return to. #datenight

really cool ambiance here. they have a very good menu for non-alcoholic bevvys with edible flowers. Abby and Dillon were so patient, friendly, and helpful when we were trying to make a decision for our drinks. cannot wait to come back!

Went out on a date night with my husband and we were looking for a calm and cozy spot to enjoy craft cocktails. This place fit half the bill... drinks were delicious and very reasonably priced. Food was yummy and also fairly priced. The music was too loud and didn't quite fit the vibe of the spot. It felt like I was in my 20s back at the Mansion. Was hoping for more of a laid back, swanky ambiance.

Drinks and atmosphere were amazing. The wait staff was incredible, very sweet. You could even buy the cocktail booklet which was a super win in my life. Definitely recommend to anyone. We ordered the Burratta and the hot honey wings, as well as a few drinks. Definitely need to go back and try more!!!
