Stopped again before leaving the area and husband ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage on a croissant and I got the taco salad.
Ordered a side of potatoe salad made fresh and tasted better than the store bought stuff.
The taco salad was the best I've ever eaten, beans, fresh lettuce, jalapenos, tomatoes, hamburger .. I mean it was the absolute best I've have ever eaten.
Staff was friendly, the place was clean as we left, it was closer to lunch and more people were coming in.
I can't say enough good things about this. It is something you need to experience.

Good Selection. BUT more than once prices rang up much higher than shelf price. Last time $9.80/ bottle more! Was told there's nothing they can do, and that Owner is too cheap to buy new price tape for shelves. Someone is skimming...

We live in Show Low full time (love the mountain) but could 't get out favorite red wine. TBH said no problem, I'll order a case and what u don't want I'll put in the shelf. Well, fooled him, got the full case! Room 3 days to get it in. Just opened a bottle getting ready for dinner to let it breathe. Pasta, meat red sauce, homemade garlic bread and our favorite red ? YUM! Thank you TBH.

They have lots of micro brews that I haven't seen in a long time. & the selection of moonshine will put a smile on your face! We got the Bird Dog Jalapeno Honey & we are glad we did. It tastes damn good. The place is very clean & the staff is super friendly. Cheers!

Funny story: I drove here on Christmas Eve to find a particular 6 pack of beer my mother wasn't able to find. It was for her new boyfriend, who was coming over the next day to have dinner.
Great location, decent sized parking lot, a spot was open directly in front of the doors. Walk up, pulled on the door...locked. A handwritten sign in the window advised they closed at 3pm. I looked at my watch: 3:01pm. "Aw man!"were my exact words. I drove 20 miles to get here, btw.
So, bummer that I wasn't able to see the layout of the store, see their variety or meet any of the staff, but no big deal. It was a nice day and a nice drive. Once I'm able to go back, the 5th star will come, I am sure of it. ?
This place is a longtime local staple in Pinetop/Lakeside. Simply put, they are O.G. I look forward to visiting and updating the experience. Stay tuned.
P.S. I found the 6 pack of beer at a Speedway. smh
