Cocktails are made with care and great ingredients, the vibe of the place is really nice, and the staff is amazing. James, Alex and the bartender whom I forgot the name were super nice, fun and efficient. I chose The Bitter bar to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had 25+ people and everyone had an amazing time. Thank you The Bitter Bar's crew, you da best!

I can't say enough good things about the Bitter Bar. It was recommended to us and from the moment we walked in, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the cocktails were delicious! We had the Tin Man and the Blue Velvet and both were stellar. I also had the Boulder v. 2.0 and it was very well balanced, on the sweeter side, which is exactly what I wanted. Our bartender was also very helpful with dinner recommendations in the area, we will definitely be back and sending friends here!

I like this classic boulder haunt. the staff is kind and usually busy. the ambiance is a bit dark and loud, but fun. the cocktail recipes are interesting, but can be inconsistent. regardless, I always have a good time and will continue to stop in. especially for dance parties.

Happy hour goes a little later (5-7) which is super nice if you didn’t quite catch the 6pm cut-off elsewhere. $8 craft cocktails is most likely the best deal off Pearl. The space is dark and red and more relaxed than ever. Good move, I think, going from a high-end cocktail bar to a more approachable drinks & gathering spot for everyone. I like the Tin Man best!

Great bar off of Pearl. Centered around craft cocktails. Bartenders were on their game for sure. If you're not sure what to get. Ask the bartender. They will definitely. Ake the perfect drink tailored just for you.

Fun spot in Boulder that’s a bit off the beaten path of Pearl Street. Opens at 5pm, just as shade starts to make its way onto the outdoor patio. Very friendly staff, attentive & knowledgeable. Fun drinks and they certainly don’t go light on the pours. The cocktails are fun but just shy of top shelf, hence the four star rating. This is a great go to for a solid cocktail at a great happy hour price. I had the Tin Man and did really like it. They have an awesome little mint farm going by the edge of the patio which was fun to see. I didn’t try any of their drinks with mint in them but if they are using the mint from this garden - that’s be super cool!
