Oh man, this place is so delicious. Was in Buena Vista for work and was looking for a quick breakfast spot to start the day. Drove by Bonesaw food trailer and ordered the standard bacon breakfast burrito. For $10 this thing was pretty big. It also came w a side of green chili. I wish the chili was hotter in temperature as it was cold like it was taken out of the fridge to keep fresh. No big deal. I loved the gooeyness of the melted cheese. There was the right amount of egg, potato, bacon, and cheese. Would definitely make another stop next time I’m in BV.

As Landon says "This place slaps". The whole menu is solid. If it sounds good its gonna be. From bfast burritos to hot sandwiches the absolute best part of the Bonesaw is if you call and order and its ready and hot crazy quick. The owners are the nicest people and its always worth it.

This place is awesome! I visit the Bone saw for lunch often. The food is always quick, consistent, and delicious 🤤 the staff is friendly and if you give them a call, they will have your order ready upon arrival.

The bonesaw has always been consistent in that their sandwiches are greasy. The chicken sandwich here didn't sit well in my stomach, and the fries weren't great either. I wanted to like this place, but I can't see myself coming back here.

Seth and Jewel did an incredible job for our family bbq of about 80 people. Food was amazing and they were very organized, detailed and prepared. We could not have asked for anything better! We HIGHLY recommend them for catering.

Delish! This place is where it’s at. We got a Po Boy, fried okra, pulled pork and chicken sandwich. The sweet potato fries are divine!
