Este es un hotel de otra época!! No tengo nada malo que decir sobre el, es una excelente opción para descansar y consentirte, el servicio es excepcional!! Durante la noche puedes disfrutar de las tiendas y bares a solo unos pasos de allí. La habitación Thomas Edison wow está hermosa!! Me sentí de lo mejor en ese espacio muy bien distribuido, me gustaría volver a pedir esa habitación la próxima vez, pero también me gustaría explorar otras habitaciones, tienen un bar dentro de la propiedad , lamentablemente lunes y martes (los días que nos hospedamos) está cerrado, me hubiese gustado beber tranquilamente allí y pasar bien la noche, el servicio a la habitación es muy tardado, demoraron como 30 minutos en llevar una botella de vino (por si acaso quieres tomarlo en cuenta), pero todo lo que ofrece el hotel es tan extraordinario que ese detalle podría pasar desapercibido a menos que tengas mucha hambre lol.
Es un lugar 🌈 amistoso para cualquier persona.

La experiencia en The Cliff House at Pikes Peak fue excelente. El servicio fue muy eficiente y cortés. El hotel es muy hermoso y posee muchas áreas para relajarse. Hay mucha memorabilia por los pasillos lo que te permite ver qué es un lugar histórico. La habitación estupenda y las amenidades excelentes. Únicos señalamientos con la habitación serían que la temperatura no bajo mucho a pesar de que el aire acondicionado estaba a máxima potencia y que la bañera es un poco complicada (pero a la vez que aprendes a manejarla la experiencia es divina). El buffet de desayuno estuvo exquisito y variando además de que el salón para desayunar es muy acogedor y elegante. En fin, tuvimos una excelente experiencia y ya estamos considerando cuando volver y disfrutar de los pinturescos alrededores del hotel.

Another amazing stay at The Cliff House. From arrival, greeted by Sean who unloaded our luggage and brought it to our room. To check-in by Julie who was so welcoming and helpful. To Bradley, the Dining Room manager who so kindly accommodated our needs and gave us a wonderful dining experience. Waiter Jeff and the bonus of being accompanied by exceptional classical guitarist, whose name I unfortunately can't remember. And at check-out, there was Sean again to help us with our luggage and car. |I am mentioning these people personally because they all added to an exceptional experience. Our first visit was exactly 2 years ago this month and we have vowed to not wait that long for our next visit.|The rooms are sparkling clean, well appointed (how can I live without the heated toilet seat and bathroom heater?) Bed and pillows so comfy. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone eager to meet our every need. |Can't wait to come back!

If you like old world charm, comfy accommodations, and great service, you'll like this place. We've stayed twice now and love this place for staycations. Be sure to book a night soak at Sun Water Spa nearby. Strolling Manitou Springs is super easy from the Cliff House. We usually end our visit by filling jugs with the local spring water.

I would not rate our stay in January 2025 a 5 star by any stretch. While the staff was kind and pleasant the food was maybe 3.5 star. Perhaps because it was off season however at dinner 5 of the main dish options were not available with couple being that way for awhile according to staff. What was available tasted ok, included breakfast nothing to brag about. Maybe its better in the summer time or peak season.
We booked the reservation online and after check-in later found out they were having a special on rooms that included breakfast. Staff did not even mention this - which was disappointing we were celebrating our anniversary .
Setting and the Manitou Springs small town feel was enjoyable !!

Such a fun place. Room absolutely gorgeous. Food in restaurant for dinner was delicious w great waiter. The only issue was with our breakfast in the morning taking too long to arrive. The attendants in the lobby and the receptionists were warm, welcoming and made us feel like royalty!

The Cliff House is a lovely historic hotel nestled in the tourist section of Manitou Springs, Colorado. We were stopping in Manitou to tackle the Manitou Incline, so our two night stay was perfect! The wonderful staff were all welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our Deluxe King Suite was very comfortable. The fireplace made the room very cozy on cold mornings & chilly evenings. We also appreciated two comfortable chairs in the room so that we didn't have to sit on the bed while spending time in the room. The period furnishings are so appealing, but some are definitely showing signs of wear (Room #215). We also had a pleasant, relaxing dinner in the Cliff House Restaurant. Thanks for a lovely stay in Manitou Springs!
