The Cow Saloon & Eatery is a fantastic spot to grab a bite and enjoy a drink! I tried the Chicken Pesto, and it was absolutely delicious, while the Prime Rib Dip was equally amazing—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. On top of that, the service was excellent; our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. If you’re looking for great food, drinks, and a warm vibe, The Cow Saloon & Eatery is a must-visit!

“ Damn the food is good”, that’s what I just texted a couple of friends about my first experience at The Cow in downtown Greeley. Granted it was mid-afternoon but it seems they have a great following by customers. I started off with Cowboy Nachos but kept seeing all these beautiful sandwiches being served to customers. Nonetheless, I had to try one ….the French Dip, excellent. Now I can’t wait to comeback to enjoy the other sandwiches. Oh and I definitely want to try Prime Rib Night! My server Vicki was outstanding as she obviously is an asset to their great establishment. Definitely try this local saloon & eatery.

Hello everyone it's Food Guy checking out food here and there. I have a very mixed review for this restaurant. I'm sorry to say the stars will not be high. This restaurant is very deceiving from the busy road that runs in front. From first glance you read the name on the window and think " hey that looks like a restaurant that would serve some steak's" (NOT)
No steak's no Burger's definitely not what the sign says " The Cow"...Yes there is a prime rib dinner for over 30.00 dollar's or a dinner for 2 around 80.00 dollar's. Now it's not to say the sandwich that I got did not have good flavor, it was very tasty but not plentiful and definitely not worth the price for deli turkey on sourdough. Or a very small deli French dip. Subway has a bigger sandwich than that. I will say the service was very good and fast, but good service is just part of the equation. This place is a very overpriced neighborhood bar. So if your looking for a ok sandwich and a cocktail this place will do just fine. If you looking for a good dinner establishment then don't go here.

Came for lunch, on a Wednesday afternoon place was busy, but we found a table. Ordered there signature Prim Rib Dip and it was good, the aujus was flavorful I really enjoyed it. My daughter ordered the Reuben and she really like it alot. We also ordered the Cob Salad that to was delicious. Over all, great food, great service and we will be back soon!

The food is good but not a wow causing factor. There was o ly one gal attending multiple tables. It was evident they struggled with attendance and subordination. One of the kitchen staff gals brought the food out and gave us an attitude for inquiring for the missing sides.

With such a high rating I was expecting to be impressed with the food at this place, but the Reuben I had there was decidedly mid. The rye bread was unlike any other I had ever encountered before without much rye flavor and was very dry. I get that it was toasted, but it's consistency was more like Dutch rusk than a flavorful rye bread. At $17+ for a sandwich and chips I was expecting more; definitely good, not great, and not worth the price.

I do not recommend, but perhaps my tastes are not your tastes.

Really, really want to like this restaurant. The drinks are great. I met the guy who runs the kitchen and he is awesome. We went for a very expensive prime rib meal which was horrible. There were 5 of us and none could even finish our individual prime rib portions (staff did tell me they sourced the meat from a different place that particular day). I sent an individual message to the owner to note our dissatisfaction about a month ago and she has yet to respond to me.

Stopped in for a "business" lunch and had some great food and a nice little whiskey pour. The food was great and took a bunch of stuff home to the family, they all loved it and it was quickly devoured. Portions are good sized and will fill you up. The Cowboy Nachos are good and the Reuben & Keri are two of our favorite sandwiches.

They don't have every whiskey in the world but what they do have it very good. They are continually expanding the selections and the brands & expressions are solid. They have some of the best pricing on pours around. You won't be disappointed. This is a good spot for an afternoon lunch or come to downtown Greeley and hangout for the nightlife. The Cow is quickly becoming one of our favorite eateries.
