You have to try the Brisket Mac*n*Cheese!

We had the Chicken Strips, Cowboy Burger and Steak Wrap. They were also really good! Highly recommend.

We would stop here again!

By the way, they are at a new location down the road. Next to the Arctic Chiropractor.

To be fair- you are not going to have a lot of options in delta junction… so review is based on availability and small town vibe
The blue cheese burger was great… I would order it in a larger town for sure.. the quesadilla was good- minus the chipotle sauce-
Otherwise great, crispy.. perfect
Fries were so so…

The Fire Chicken Club is one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've had. Chicken is well breaded and seasoned, sauce is tasty and hot, plenty of jalapeños and other veggies.
My wife loved her burrito as well. Service was reasonably fast and pleasant.
Not sure what atmosphere anyone would expect from a food truck on the side of the highway... but it was certainly that.

We were passing through on our way to Fairbanks. Do not let the outside fool you. Look at the menu, go to the window, and order your food. It was delicious. Great service. We had the chicken club and the BLT. You won't regret stopping here. Trust me!

We stopped here after the brew pub we were going to eat at was full with a bus tour. THE BEST spur of the moment decision! Burgers were huge! Should have just got one to split between the two of us! Fries were great! We all finished everything (portions were more than enough!!) even though we shouldn’t have! Excellent staff and very friendly service!
If we’re ever back in Alaska again we will stop by again! This time on purpose!

I’m a trucker and I’ve driven all over the low 48, I only try to get to food trucks. Amazing food out there, but The Fire OMG that was so good I can’t wait to get back up through there.

Driving from El Paso TX to Fairbanks AK, we stopped at The Fire for lunch in Delta Junction. We were tired of fast food from being on the road so we were so happy when we found the The Fire food truck. The food was amazing!!! We ate taco's and a burger (because we had to try it!). All of it was out of this world. If you are looking for fresh, delicious food - stop by The Fire! Also, the owner and the staff were super friendly.
