Really great experience. I've never been to a more inviting range. Very clean, bright, and welcoming. Every employee seems to want to be there and help you. Like the Chick-fil-A of gun ranges. Met one of the owners and his wife and daughter.....they were friendly and seemed sincerely happy to hear I enjoyed my visit. I liked it so much that I became a member. I hope this place is around for a long time to come.

Great place to come into.. they have a restaurant, coffee shop , gun range and hang out room... and serve drinks.. very relaxed place with a complete package.. they even allow you to shoot their guns for a fee

I cannot rave enough about this place. Absolutely on a different level. The customer service is insanely welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly do not ever worry about being uncomfortable or nervous, the staff from the range check in are so friendly. Answered all my questions without attitude which I'm sure they get asked the same ones daily but treat it as if it's the first time hearing it. The atmosphere is incredible and after the range, stopped for coffee and again super friendly, looked at guns afterwards and was approached if I had questions or wanted to see anything, again without making you uncomfortable. Signed up to be a member immediately and couldn't be happier. I cannot wait to bring my friends ans family to experience this.

Went here for my first indoor range experience. Clean facility that prioritizes safety. You can tell that safety is their number one priority. Range includes a restaurant/bar and they have a coffee shop as well.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with an order I placed in December. I placed two orders online with a 14-day wait time, but I haven’t received any of them yet. When I called to inquire about the status, the representative assured me they would check on the orders and call me back, but they never followed up.

I recently spoke to an employee who spoke to the owner about my order and the status. The owner could only say that he wasn’t sure when the order would arrive or if it would arrive at all. I tried to get a refund for the order, but they refused to give it to me. They claimed that they couldn’t issue refunds for online orders, even though they have no idea where my product is.

I was also given three different emails to reach out to for information, but I haven’t received any response in two weeks. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Upgrading from 1 star to 3 star as management has finally responded to my complaint, but only after a negative review was submitted 3 days later.

Note that they have raised their rates already (5 months after opening) so the online advertised price is not accurate, there is no lane-sharing discount and their restaurant/bar appears to be closed more than it's open.

Facilities are nice, they allow rapid-fire and even full-auto. 20 lanes so likely not a long wait during busy times. For the price you may want to consider other nearby options.

Myself and my family were over from the UK. We are new to shooting guns though I have done it once before. My past experience I was nervous, no one showed me what to do and I felt like I didn’t belong because I was a newbie. The Gallery range was the complete opposite. Helpful, taught us the basics and explained the different weapons. The owner himself took us on the range and spent more than an hour ensuring we were having a good time and that we knew what we were doing. Lunch after also a ten. Burgers were amazing. Thank you Mark and the team. Really impressed and a great experience. Highly recommended.
