Had trouble with my matcha with oat milk and brown syrup ($7 )being a bit chunky at the bottom and coughing from it. The owner gave me a new drink and promised to fix the issue in the future. 5 stars for any business that's always looking to improve.The matcha still tasted great! I also had the deluxe crepe $12 super yummy and filling.

My girl and I came in here today and got a BLT on sourdough bread, a grilled cheese, and fruit teas with popping boba. Right as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. We didn't feel rushed to order even with how busy they were. The crew was amazing. They are very accommodating and friendly! The drinks were perfect. They have so much to offer. From sandwiches, crepes, milk teas, fruit teas, coffees, and frappes. The atmosphere is great! It is definitely welcoming and their name fits. They have games for you to play and Hangout! Definitely will be coming back and telling our friends about it!

This place is amazing! The owners and staff are welcoming and they have a lot of options to choose from the menu! Had a Taro milk tea with boba at the soft opening and it was delicious. Haven't had the food items yet, but definitely going back to try them out!

I’ve walked by this place several times when in Lodi and decided to give it a try while my cousin was in town. We were craving an afternoon coffee and wanted to avoid chain options, and the café looked inviting. Unfortunately, despite having no high expectations, I was quite disappointed.

I ordered a flavored latte, but it tasted like plain steamed milk with no trace of espresso or flavoring. It took about 20+ minutes to receive our drinks. While there were a decent number of customers, the wait time seemed excessive for a simple latte and tea. Since we were in a rush, I requested a refund because we didn’t have enough time to wait for a replacement.

The young woman at the front counter—whose name I won’t mention—was very rude while handling my request. We won’t be returning, and I would suggest the owners consider incorporating customer service training for their team. I understand that many employees in this type of business are high school students, but poor customer service should not be tolerated. If this business hopes to thrive, this issue needs to be addressed.

The service was outstanding, but I was a bit disappointed with the drink. I ordered the tiger milk tea, and it tasted mostly like milk and brown sugar syrup, with hardly any tea flavor. I was hoping for a more balanced drink. Hoping it improves next time!

The Hangout is amazing! Love their Galt location but Lodi is even closer to home and a perfect location to walk around. Ordered a crepe and a strawberry fizzie (Italian soda) extra sweet with strawberry jellies. I bought their cup too and I get so many compliments ☺️

Came in here opening day and even though they were BUSY we still got our drinks and food faster than expected. I thought with how busy it was it was gonna take a while but we got everything within 10-15 min! The crew is amazing! Everyone had smiles in their faces even with how busy and probably stressed they were. I love going to a place where everyone looks like they want to be there! We got drinks and the BLT and a Biscoff Crepe. Everything was sooo good. There are also games for you to play. Our favorite was Uno Flip! Really fits the name. It really was The Hangout! Can’t wait to come back!! Keep up the good work crew!
