Habitaciones tipo apartamento con terraza al mar, puesta de sol y amanacer maravilloso. ||EL Restaurante merece también atención, cocina muy cuidada y ambiente selecto a la altura del hotel.

Heritage House Resort & Spa in Little River, CA, is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the exceptional customer service made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the ocean that are truly unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully appointed, and designed to provide ultimate comfort and relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it the perfect place to unwind.

The on-site dining was equally impressive—delicious food paired with those incredible views made every meal a treat. If you're looking for a serene getaway to relax, recharge, and enjoy great food, this is the place to be.

Beautiful views and comfortable room. The staff were attentive and friendly The little touches that elevate the experience were missed. We had hoped for bathrobes to don after a soak in the lovely tub. The evenings were very cool and blankets to take outside as we enjoyed the view would have been appreciated. We were disappointed at the quality of the breakfast buffet. It was very limited. We still enjoyed our visit, and would recommend Heritage House.

Amazing location with friendly and accommodating staff. I used to stay at the Sweet Water hotel and came here when I couldn't get a massage appointment at Sweet Water. I stay at Heritage House every time I come up to Mendocino now. The service is superior to Sweet Water and the property views and service are excellent. Breakfast is included in the stay too. Gluten free options available for my boyfriend which we appreciate.

The location of this hotel is beautiful on a bluff overlooking the ocean and cliffs. It would seem most rooms offer outstanding views of the coast line. We stayed in a Cliffside Full Ocean View room and the view did not disappoint. It was decent sized with a wall of windows to the view and a door to a deck with two Adirondack chairs. The bathroom was fine, but a little dark. The fireplace was great and your source of heating, which was needed even in late June. This also means the fireplace may come on in the middle of the night to keep the room heated - so be aware. Two swivel chairs were in front of the fireplace and easy to turn toward the view. ||We had the complimentary breakfast each morning which was okay but pretty basic and limiting to the point of not even offering popular cereal options. The hotel is setup in clusters of rooms attached together and spread out over 35 acres of rugged coastal landscape. At the top of the resort is a charming old farmhouse that houses the restaurant. Overall the website pictures make the hotel appear a little more luxurious than it actually is. ||The hotel does not have a lot of amenities so a stay here is about enjoying the view and using it as a base to explore the area including lovely nearby Mendocino. You can park next to your room and there is a $35 resort fee.

I took a wonderful 2-night solo trip to Heritage House and it was so relaxing. They upgraded me to a lovely ocean view room and I enjoyed the quiet and peaceful grounds. The breakfast buffet was good and my spa treatments (massage and body scrub) were excellent. I also walked down to the little beach on the property. Highly recommend!
