Two different experiences, first time I was a walk in, I told him what I wanted no problems, nice cut and we talked, seemed cool talked about military, where he was from, etc. He states he was the best barber in Fountain. Price was high but nice cut. The second time I made an appointment (2 weeks later) told him what I wanted like last time and he told me I was not using correct terminology and “you need to tell me what you want. you need to know” I thought he was playing and I told him again 1/2 blade on the side and he said there is no such thing and had attitude. I told him since I was a kid I have said half blade or guard and they know what I’m saying. He said well I don’t. I told him I don’t know the terms but stubble, not bald , but one guard up from that and then blend it in about half way up. The rest of my cut, there was not talking , felt the attitude. I almost got out the chair at one point. I Will never go back, super rude. Maybe he had a bad day. Night and day from first visit when he was telling me about jumping from planes or choppers, how he started here etc.

The owner does amazing work every time. I been to many barbers recently but Jean the owner knows what he's doing, the prices are affordable the shop is in a easy accessible location and is well kept, the whole experience is great from the beginning to the end, I recommend The Hotel for sure and I will continue to keep coming back.

I literally cannot recommend this place enough. It's the only place ill go for a haircut. Incredibly professional and really good at what they do. Everyone else I've recommended this place to has switched over to here for all their cuts.

This is the only place my husband goes and our sons. The owner is super friendly. He always does a really good job. Very affordable. The nail tech Max is just as wonderful. I've had my nails done several times by her and out of all the places I've been to in the springs and the one in fountain she is by far the GREATEST!

First time trying out this barbershop. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by a very talented young man who did an awesome job on my skin fade. Definitely found a new favorite in fountain to get a quality cut! Chris was friendly, took his time, was incredibly detailed, and is an all around great barber. I’ll definitely be returning for more cuts in the future!! Thanks again Chris!! *

I tried two days in a row to get a haircut here. I came the first day at around 4 and they were booked for the rest of the day. They didn't say anything about booking online or that they could schedule one another day. I booked an appointment online and came in the next day. The barber was in there giving someone a haircut but had the door locked. That was the last straw for me. No sign nothing communicating anything.

Had a cool cut. Called about 15 minutes prior to showing up and they were able to see me. After the cut, my face was shaved and my eyebrows were touched up. I have a scar on my left brow, so it is a bit tricky to work with, but they did a phenomenal job. If you're military, I highly recommend. Great fades.

Absolutely love this place. They cut my hair exactly as asked every time. The staff try to build a good rapport with their customers. Try to make an appointment as walk-ins are welcome, but hard to fit in.
