I chose this venue for my intimate wedding, I had about 50 people attend and planed for 80.

Lets get one thing straight--THIS IS NOT A VENUE FOR A LARGE WEDDING!

I wouldn't change my decision knowing everything I know now. The manager Michelle was bubbly, fun, responsive and so easy to work with. She gave me everything I needed--weather it be information, advice or the way I wanted everything set up--she did AMAZING.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, its very personal and intimate. There is a stereo that is included, a gorgeous fireplace tables and chairs,warming kitchen, 2 alters to choose from and beautiful scenery including a bridge, pond and water fall.

This is a do it yourself venue so you are not asked to use any of there caterers, photographers or anything else other venues ask of you. But there are ground rules that could change others minds, as in no fire (it is in black forest) once chairs are set up for the ceremony outside they will not assist in putting them back inside for the reception, and if you need more hours it will get pricey so be careful!

Otherwise I am so happy I held my wedding at this site and wouldn't have it any other way.

The only critique I would give is that on days that there are events give the renters a phone number of a manager or grounds person. There were a couple of times we needed to find stuff and no one was there to help. That being said, the place was gorgeous, simple, and a stellar venue.

This Venue is such a gem! Enchanted Forest vibes, with exposed wood and an exclusive feel. Perfect for an intimate gathering of 100 or less.

Great location for a wedding. M yer mother just recently got remarried here. The ceremony was beautiful, thebstaff super friendly and accommodating, and perfect atmosphere.

This location is absolutely stunning! I recently attended a wedding here and it is the perfect setup. Includes a lovely outdoor space for seating and mingling, decorated private rooms for getting ready, extensive kitchen/catering area, and a beautiful dance floor and reception hall inside. Can be well heated for winter chills or have all doors open to cool down during dance hour. A wonderful space overall and I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for an event location!
