Pretty disappointed with the service at Nearby tonight. I was ecstatic to show our friends the neighborhood spot only to be completely ignored.

We sat at a table and were told by the kind woman bartender that someone would come by and take our drink order. (My husband & I split our crew & moved to a table while our other friends found space at the bar.) We waited for 15 minutes to have the other bartender skip our table. No big deal — it’s a busy night.

Ten minutes later, that same bartender walked by to check the tables on either side of us to see how they’re doing. He blatantly skips our table even after I made eye contact with him in hopes we could order. Not to mention, he also had no trouble serving drinks to multiple groups that came after us. Almost half an hour later we decided to leave.

Beautiful little bar in the heart of Denver. Bartender and what I presumed to be the owner or another employee were incredibly welcoming and helpful with suggesting cocktails. My colleagues and I stumbled upon this hidden gem while exploring Denver. Amazing service. Even more amazing drinks.

We had a the gold rush, rye old fashioned, bees knees, and white lady. Super tasty and balanced. Staff helped guide us to some good choices. Good spot for some craft cocktails!

Such a cool spot to get custom cocktails with friends. I like how the bartender asks you a series of questions, and you have room to add a little fun flair to get a surprise, unique cocktail.

I asked for a spicy floral cocktail and received this one below. It was gin, lime, ginger, cucumber, and I forgot what else.

We made reservations at another bar, but the estimate was over an hour on a Sunday. It was the best thing that could have happened.

The Nearby Bar has fully captured my heart. There are no menus, and that’s the best possible thing. You pick a spirit and you tell Jonathan and Rachel what you want and they will find something you love.

We got engaged the day before we came here and they treated us like family. The drinks are unreal and the service is even better. Any time I’m in Denver I’ll make sure I make it here. Best cocktails. Best personalities. We LOVED it!

The coolest, coziest spot! We stumbled upon it coincidentally and it did NOT disappoint. There’s no drink menu but if you know what you like, the bartenders get creative with some of the best, balanced drinks we’ve ever tasted! Their talent for innovativeness is unmatched. 12/10 would return. (P.S. we got drinks only, cannot speak to the food).
