The Residence at Fillmore Plaza is perfect place to stay in Cherry Creek, Denver. Location, very convenient... walking distance to a shopping mall, post office, various cafe/restaurants, a Whole Foods and parks.

Room is good, has a great view of sky and far mountain, ours easily accommodated 3 people; Great atmosphere, quite, clean, safe and nice atrium.

Friendly, excellent and efficient service at the office desk, Ms. Na'Kesha Taylor, has been of great help, as well as a friend from their management team.

This is a great place to stay in Denver. We would go back again.

We absolutely love The Residences. The location alone is unbeatable but then the actual units and the staff take it over the top. Na’Kesha is AMAZING and goes above and beyond when working with future and current residents. They parking is very easy. The pet friendly atmosphere is so nice. All of the staff are very nice including the owner! This is the BEST rental living I’ve experienced and I’ve moved a lot. Great work team! Thanks for providing first class accommodations in the heart of Cherry Creek.

So I will start by saying that I CANNOT say enough great things about this place. I have been here now for 6 months and never want to leave. The location is obviously amazing but the staff, and atmosphere is what really got me. When I was first considering living here, NeKesha in the leasing office went above and beyond to make me feel right at home through the entire process and continues to do so on a daily bases by being SO friendly. She even brings my packages to my door 😳. The maintenance guys are equally as awesome, as well as the owners of the building! With only 22ish residents it has a family feel and is very well kept. For someone who lives alone in her 20’s I feel so safe which was very important to me. Basically if you are considering this place, you won’t regret your decision to live here. Not to mention, being right across the street from the mall, SoulCycle, and Starbucks really never gets old!

Very nice/modern apartments with a great fitness center. It's right in the middle of the action in Cherry Creek North, but somehow feels quiet and relaxed once inside.

Breathtaking views from the inside, everything you could possibly want within walking distance, and not to mention the stunning design of their spacious apartments - it would be extremely hard not to call here home.
