I’m sorry it has taken me so long to write this review. My coworkers, my daughter and some friends arranged to have my Bachelorette party at the yoga studio. What a great idea! The owner was amazing and accommodating and made our yoga session very welcoming and rejuvenating. Afterwards, we enjoyed several hours in the yoga studio enjoying food and refreshments and having a beautiful, inviting natural space to celebrate the occasion. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting an intimate celebration!

So grateful my partner & I finally made the journey to Rooted Rose, we both were beyond thankful to be welcomed by Rene for a wonderful class! The space is absolutely gorgeous and so inviting, I felt like I was at home. We are both long time practitioners and yoga therapists, and we felt so blessed to be in Rene's class she's a gem of a teacher and human! We don't live close, and we will make a point to attend a class anytime we are nearby! Thank you for such a lovely experience Rene, and all in The Rooted Rose community!

The Rooted Rose is such a lovely yoga studio with wonderful staff. I have been coming for several months now and really enjoy each class. The environment they’ve created is great, I love all the plants too. I always look forward to my time there and always feel like the instructors take good care of everyone who attends!

I have only been to this studio twice for the beginner class with Julia, but I already love it! I'm so happy to have found a studio so close offering an array of classes. Julia is awesome and made me feel comfortable the moment I started talking to her. The studio is beautiful and will have me going broke with all the wonderful plants for sale!!
I'm looking forward to making this spot a regular part of my schedule, and can't wait to try some of the other classes once I'm ready.

The studio was inviting, clean and gave out good vibes. The class was great! I left feeling lighter and more relaxed!!! The instructor was very kind and super helpful! It was my first time enrolling in a hot yoga class and they were not judge mental at all! Can’t wait to go back!!!!

I was visiting from WV and took a couple of Hot Yoga classes, a gentle class, and a class for beginners. I can say the place is beautiful inside, focusing on calmness and reflection. The instructors were all knowledgeable and good with cues and adjustments throughout the classes. It is a great place to begin or continue your yoga practice.
I also tried a massage with Rhiannon. Was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. She took the time to concentrate on the issues I was having and worked out a lot of the “kinks” I had.
If you are visiting the Colorado Springs area or are in the city of Fountain I highly recommend this place. It’s friendly staff makes you feel welcome.

Absolutely loved everything about my experience at Hot Indigo. It was my first time ever attending a yoga class so I was extremely nervous. The yoga instructor, Salind, was very professional and did a great job demoing each position and sharing a modified version. I knew nothing about yoga nor did I know the names of positions and she made it very easy to follow along.

Recommend this studio to beginners and/or advanced individuals interested in attending a hot yoga class.

The studio was also very clean. They have the option to rent yoga mats and they provide cleaning/sanitizing supplies for the mats which was convenient since I forgot to take my mat.
