I don’t normally like to write negative reviews, but unfortunately I could not avoid this. I was truly shocked at how sterling blatantly was incredibly sexist and treated my male partner different than any other person who tried to enter the establishment tonight. The argument that they are trying to preserve a ‘ratio’ is archaic and disappointing. If you have ANY MALE members of your group, I would NOT recommend trying to enter this establishment. In all honesty I’m a girls girl… BUT sadly unapologetic sexism is something I cannot support . DO NOT GO HERE!

Aspen’s nightclub, giving Aspen what it needs most. Spacious, great music. Different nights highlight jazz, karaoke, jam band, electronic, crossover, Latin night— there’s truly something for everyone

I had the pleasure of attending my company's holiday party at Sterling Aspen - it was a blast! The staff kept up with our needs and were super friendly - the drinks were flowing and the food was delicious! I also can't say enough positive things about the band, they killed it and really set the mood for the event. I'll be sure to come back on our next trip and stop in for their Independence cocktail...simply superb!

I went here for my 3 year anniversary with my fiancée and I am so glad I picked The Sterling. They completely knocked it out of the park for us, amazing service and even more amazing food. Can’t wait to come back

I had a Dope time on the stairwell , I finally met the owner of the club “DOOR MAN NICK” He was amazing and really clear on the rules and regulations of his establishment that he forgets he’s not in charge of in real life🤭

OK, let me describe this experience. We walked in there was a table open. We were there for at least an hour and a half. We ordered drinks. We had a great time. We talked to other people that were enjoying their time also. And then we were told by the staff that we had to leave the table was sold. We question that and we were told they were having dinner there, but nobody clearly in the entire bar was having dinner. Then we were told that they paid money to be at this table. We said we will double the money they didn’t say anything to us. They ignored us and I have a service dog under the American disability act you cannot just asked me to just get up and leave unless you have another table , and they had nothing for us so we question them again. And instead of helping us, they shined bright flashlights in our face when we tried to take a photo of the staff saying we are not happy about this. Do not go there we were escorted out we were told that we were not there. It was a 30 crowd so we were aged discrimination against , we were in our 60s clearly having a nice time. The other people around us were enjoying our company also and we were told to leave this establishment that we were not welcome there. I want to file a complaint with the state of Colorado. I want to file a complaint with the American disability act I want to file a complaint with this restaurant. I want to file a complaint with the manager. We are so not happy with how they handled this and all they did was shine black bright flashlight into our face and we were told to leave Somewhere don’t waste your money with an establishment that doesn’t care about anybody only cares about a thirtyish crowd being in there and if you’re 30 go somewhere else!
