OMG Best smoked meats ! My husband and I were visiting from out of town and stumbled upon the sandwich shop! The moment you walked in the door, you are pleasantly overwhelmed by the sweet smell of smoked meats!! they have such great sandwiches and the service is impeccable! Definitely will be coming back next time we’re in town

We've been coming to this spot for years and continued to support it when it changed to The Strandwich. Truthfully we've never really gotten overly friendly service even though we are friendly, but we just accepted it. On our last visit we came in and got a snappy comment from the staff before we even ordered. They just seemed annoyed we were there. I think that's it for us. It's too bad as we really like to support local small businesses.

We came here after a friend recommended it. Had their tri tip sandwich and the tri tip cheesesteak. We were blown away by how fresh and tasty everything was. Even the regular fries were amazing. The service was chill and friendly. Food was timely. We sat outside with our two dogs. Numerous local military personnel were coming in so this is definitely a prime spot. Do NOT pass this place up if you’re in the area.

Hello, I just want to take this moment to thank the amazing staff at the strandwich. I was making a delivery here and from the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so helpful. One of the staff members came out to help me unload, I believe it was the owner who offered me a sandwich. I got the bacon, egg and cheese and let me tell you this is the BEST breakfast sandwich I have ever had. You can taste all of the flavors in this sandwich. It was delicious.
The vibes in the restaurant are awesome as they were playing some s.o.a.d
If you haven’t checked it out, it’s definitely a must! Good food, good vibes, good people

Quaint, very easy to miss if you don't know what's out there yet. The reviews have it right, the breakfast burrito hits hard and the French toast sticks are light, fluffy, and delicious. Well worth the wait if there is only one person making all the food!

Are you kidding me with this hot pastrami sandwich!? Top 3 of all time, I know my meat and this is it. Service was great, music and atmosphere were on point. Food comes out quick, prices are appropriate for the quality and quantity. I’ll be driving from Ojai to eat here more often

Great food. The owner and his daughter are amazing and friendly. Not far from the beach. It’s the perfect place to stop to grab some food before hitting the beach or even going home from the beach. Great atmosphere and chill vibe. I’d go to sit down and hang out. Definitely go check this place out!
