I entered the store with my hands full of several heavy boxes, barely reached the counter to relieve myself by setting them down. The young girl on duty scowled at my 70 year old self and with a rude tone said "Those need to go down there on that scale" while pointing at a scale several feet farther away. Being UPS prepaid returns, I knew the scale wasn't necessary but didn't want to further annoy this person who was already being hostile toward me. So, after catching my breath, I moved the boxes where she insisted they should go. She watched me and never even looked like she might help by grabbing some of the smaller boxes. So much for respect for the elderly. I do not recommend this location.

Ashley and Team are wonderful. We have our packages delivered there, we have also done mailers through them. Always greeted and taken care of quickly. Definitely appreciate the crew and their professionalism!

It's great having a UPS store in a small town like Delta especially if you got to return something from Amazon just take it in they scan the QR code on your phone and they take it from there they also offer printing although I haven't had nothing printed from them

During the couple of years I lived in the Delta area, I used the services of the UPS STORE frequently, from shipping to photocopies, printing and laminating, etc. The entire staff have always been kind, friendly and helpful. I recently opened up a box of ties that I had shipped out to my new locale. Each tie had been neatly folded and packed with care in a box within a box. A very small thing in the overall scheme of things, yet it was appreciated and indicated the attention to detail and professionalism this staff personifies. My thanks and highest regards.

The old man who works there is so rude. We will not be returning to this location & hope he gets fired. He argued with us & was very unprofessional. Very Disappointing.

These guys saved the day. I needed a large banner printed at the last minute, and they basically dropped everything to get it done. Ashley, the employee in charge of banner design and printing, was super professional and gave me some solid advice on sizing and layout. And the owner stayed a few minutes past close when I ran late to pick it up. 5 stars this place is great for printing.

The worst business owner I've EVER come across. Gordon, you give UPS a bad name. Your rude, non personal and your customer service sucks. Your employees on the other hand are exceptional.
If anyone is reading this, I suggest you go in when the owner is not there. You will get great customer service as long as he is out of the building.

I have my mailbox here and it's so convenient, they sign for all my packages so I don't have to have them delivered to the house or deal with the post office. The owner always greets me by name and the employees are very polite. Highly recommended!
