Ordered ribs and sausage. Very good bark on ribs. Meat fall off the bone. Good smoke in sausage. Sides were really good, one side can feed two. Wife got the cheddar Mac. She said it’s one of better.

After two weeks of traveling the west, I finally got a great meal! So glad to have landed here in this town at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was the best I have had in a long time! The loaded fries were great, the pork sliders out of this world and the mac n cheese was also good! Small place but clean and again, service was great and food was delicious!

Everything was so good! My son had the chicken sandwich with fries, my husband had the thick cut BLT with beans, and I had the petunia slider and blue cow slider with coleslaw. I was definitely satisfied when I left!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Wiggling Pig is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially our waitress Leah, were incredibly friendly and attentive. Leah was super awesome and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, making the experience even better.

Now, let’s talk about the food—specifically, the BBQ brisket sandwich. It was hands down one of the best BBQ sandwiches I’ve ever had! The brisket was tender and juicy, with just the right amount of smoky flavor that left me craving more. The BBQ sauce complemented the meat perfectly without overpowering it, and the sandwich was generously portioned. Each bite was a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

The sides were just as impressive. I had the coleslaw and baked beans, both of which were fresh and delicious. The coleslaw was crisp and tangy, a great contrast to the rich brisket, and the baked beans had a deep, smoky flavor that was out of this world.

Overall, the combination of amazing food, top-notch service (shoutout to Leah!), and a cozy atmosphere makes The Wiggling Pig a place I can’t recommend enough. Whether you're a BBQ lover or just looking for a great meal, you won’t be disappointed. This is definitely a spot I'll be returning to again and again!

Little BBQ joint with big flavor. The buffalo wings were cooked beautifully and the sauce, though not terribly hot, had great flavor. The fried mushrooms had a light and airy batter. The mac & cheese was creamy and the noodles had perfect texture. The brisket grilled cheese was aah-maz-zing!! Sweet potato tots, who does that?! They were sick! The ribs were dry but the sauce took care of that. The staff, a brother-sister duo, were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. When we walked in and no one was there, we were a little scared and tempted to leave, but we were very glad we decided to stay.

Visiting from Wisconsin to see Mesa Verde and we were looking for a unique place to have dinner. The staff was kind and attentive. All 4 of our dishes were phenomenal. We felt that the portions were a little small for the price but agreed that it was some of the best smoked meat we'd ever had. 3 of our party had the Mac n cheese and it was legit. The sliders were amazing, so full of flavor. The only thing I'd suggest is putting more slaw on the pork belly slider. The slaw was so good but there was barely any of it on there. Otherwise keep up the good work guys!

This place was great. The family loved their food and the service was great. The waitress was fun and friendly and kept up with our needs. The water was wet and the ice was cold. What more can you ask for after spending the day in Mesa Verde. I had the beer cheese pretzel burger with mac and cheese. They even burned my burger just the way I asked. The wife had the porky and drunken cow sliders with fries and side salad. Thing 1 and thing 2 had side salads with side mac & cheese. Thing 3 got the firecracker burger with mac & cheese. Borrowed thing 4 got porky and piglet and blue cow sliders with mac & cheese. All made with love and superb. We will be back next time we travel through Cortez.

The barbecue ribs were some of the best I've eaten. They have a really good peppery rub. They get smoked for 12 hours, so there is a beautiful smoke ring and they fall right off the bone.

The pork sliders were also delicious, especially with the mango slaw.

The barbecue beans were delicious. They use a secret ingredient which they will tell you if you eat at the restaurant.

The macaroni and cheese was homemade. I could eat that for a meal by itself.

The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant is really cute inside.
