The Windsor located in Oklahoma City was a breath of fresh air! The hotel was beautifully appointed & smelled so good! The rooms were unique & unlike the average hotel chain. They had a complementary hot breakfast which was fresh & delicious. Even better was the staff we encountered. Everyone was friendly, polite & hospitable. I would highly recommend staying at the Windsor & will return when i’m in town!

The room was clean & nice. There was no extra Toilet paper roll in the room. There was a strong air freshener/scent in the entry of the hotel & in the dining area that was way too strong. The staff was friendly & the entertainment area was nice. Good value overall

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Would like to see more that one treadmill in workout room. Had to wait both days to use it. Breakfast was good. Hopefully they will be fully up and running all the amenities when I'm next in town.

Very nice hotel. Expedia had screwed up my reservation. Hotel manager personally made it right. Nice little bar downstairs. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and nice! Would totally recommend this hotel!

Called for a reservation for 11/17/2024 on 11/16. Specifically asked for 2 queen beds with disability assistant in the room meaning grab bars in shower and a higher toilet. Was told it was all set, got a confirmation # and was told because of the 48 hour cancellation policy, I couldn't cancel. After miles and miles of driving I got to the hotel on 11/17. Exhausted from the drive, registered and paid the previously agreed fee of $221.00. Got to the room with luggage and used the bathroom, noticing the toilet was lower than the ada toilets I usually use and noticed there were no grab bars in or around the shower or tub. Pissed but exhausted, had a sandwich and went back to the room, realizing I had no other choice but to stay here as the other hotels were booked and I wasn't able to drive further, plus the money I already spent was non-refundable. The room was nice enough, but even after setting the heat at 62 degrees, the room felt like a sauna all night. In the morning I couldn't wait to get out of there, wasn't able to shower due to lack of grab bars near the tub and when asked by the clerk how my stay was I indicated that room was not an ADA room. The clerk said someone in the ada room decided to stay another night and asked if someone called me about it's unavailability. I said no one called as I would have made different decisions about staying there. Clerk said he would talk to someone about the unavailability of the ada room I previously reserved with others
Aside from sleeping in a sauna, having major issues getting up off the low toilet, facing the dishonesty of the clerk, paying $248.00 for the room and a sandwich, in an unacceptable to me room and leaving in the morning unable to take a shower, I can not recommend this hotel to anyone! If ever in Winslow, AZ. again I also will never do business with this place again!

Beautiful newer hotel. The noise level in the room is high. The AC unit is on the floor and loud, the bathroom fan runs constantly with no way to shut it off. Shutting the door doesn't help. The ice machine is insanely loud also.
Staff is outstanding. Breakfast was good. Rooms are clean. Location is good.

I’m giving the hotel a lower review not because of the service or location, I loved that there was such a nice place in Winslow and the food served at the bar was terrific, but because of the extremely loud fan in the bathroom that doesn’t have an off-switch. The very nice desk clerk was apologetic about it, but explained they leave the fans on to reduce the possibility of mold. Fine, as a choice, but I doubt Arizona air is humid enough to encourage a lot of mold. Even if that is not the case, the fan shouldn’t be loud enough at 65db to keep me from sleep. Closing the bathroom door only helped a little, as did listening to an audiobook probably loud enough to disturb my neighbors… So, if you have to run the fans all the time, you should install quieter ones.
