This review is for the night club, not the hotel.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My last visit was the worst I’ve ever been treated by a buisness I PAID to be in. A couple of weeks ago my sister, some of our other family members and I attended this club and security treated us like trash! A security guard pushed my sister 3 times, another one yelled in my face then literally 5 of them force pushing us out of the club. Which then one of them hit my sister in the head leaving her with a knot for some days. Completely unnecessary for 2 women that were not even drunk or belligerent. I did not feel safe at all. Felt completely violated! If you are a women I would NOT advise this club. They will not respect you as a women or paying customer! I will never step foot in this club again.

Someone stole my purse from off the bathroom sink last night - used it to purchase drinks and a section. I spoke to the manager last night but no one ever got my number in case my stuff turned up and I would like someone to contact me if my purse was ever recovered. Miraculously my card that was used was recovered but whoever gave it to the bottle girl to reserve the section was never identified and I want to file a police report

I will never visit this establishment EVER again I was violated by security for no reason at all. it was simply my cousin's birthday standing in one spot dancing with my family that I had came with . When the security guard was moving his way through the crowd he pushed me I thought it was OK the first time !! I was OK with it. The second time he purposely walked in my way when I tried to move out of his way, and push me again this is the second time!! when I went about my business ignored him he shoved me with his elbow into my chest for the third time really hard to the point were I almost fell after that I pushed him back . he flashed his flashlight in my eyes, started calling me names and disrespecting me told me I need to leave. While he is yelling this other security guard was questioning me. What was going on? My sister was next to me when me and my sister were answering the question that his security guard is being disrespectful. He told my sister to shut up and mind her business and that he was asking me the question told him he did not have to disrespect my sister on top of that !! So both security guards were beyond disrespectful. After that security guards were shoving us out the door i asked nicely for them and him to get there hands off me !!!that I can walk on my two feet!! That is no problem it was time for us to go anyway, I feel like I was assaulted the security guards hit me in the head with their flashlight or whatever they use for protection ! Now I have a large bump on my head had to go to the doctors to make sure I didn't have concussion due to the fact that I'm a diabetic I think its sad,and makes me angry!! I don't understand why they think it's ok put their hands on women that were generously ready to leave anyway again I felt violated. On top of that the security guard that kept pushing me and violated me had a Halloween mask on so I cant verify exactly who he was how are you supposed to go to security for protection if you can't see there face. Clearly thats was NOT what was going on. How is that helpful? I will never come to this place again and I recommend the same for other women because they will assault you!!!

Booked there back in September 3rd Nice spot the deposit was released Sept 5 however from that moment on It hasn't stopped my card from being charged. I have contacted them... they the emails customer service ECT
nobody knows anything.....Now my thing is at 2months later at least three times a wk my card is STILL being charged to the point I had to block them, VTG IS who set up the payment the vertical check in ect but they DNT know keeps charging my card.

My friend and I were projectile vomited on by a man and they tried to kick us out instead of helping us and didn’t even kick him out. We spent $50 plus at this place and we were treated terribly. The only kind person was the lady in the bathroom for cleaning us up. Also the security guard out front is racist and sexist, and escalates every situation (beard with veteran badge and a twitchy eye) It’s so tightly packed you can’t even dance. We will never return.

The hotel room itself was fine but the heater wasn't working so there was 2 tiny space heaters which did not compensate for it being negative degrees outside all weekend. Since it was so cold they had to be used constantly and left on, which meant that the breaker kept blowing. Asked to speak to a manager about it, was hung up on and called back several times only to be told a manager or supervisor would be in touch but they never did. We would have just had to sit in the dark but found the breaker box in the hallway and had to flip it multiple times every day. There is also no parking so it's $20 a night just for the lot. I do not leave negative reviews but this was honestly a terrible experience.

WARNING: *If you're staying in the hotel, be warned there is a CLUB underneath the building and they go till around 2am!*

Besides the beating music keeping me awake despite being on the 3rd floor, the bed and pillows are probably the MOST COMFORTABLE I have ever slept on, and the room was clean with a decent view. Also, it's a perfect location to walk downtown! The only thing I would suggest is making it more accessible, as the stairs can be quite a hike and there is no elevator. Also, having a night club underneath a hotel is a HORRIBLE idea.
