Fine dining in Hotchkiss. Place is much bigger inside than it looks outside. Ordered the Lamb tostada and pork belly appetizers. Lamb tostada was served on tortilla chips that had gotten soft. Pork belly was tender and flavorful. Ordered the Wagu tenderloin special and the wife ordered elk stroganoff. The tenderloin was delicious although did not arrive as ordered medium rare, more medium well. My wife's elk also arrived as medium well and not medium rare and unfortunately was a little dry. Hand rolled pasta was a little too thick. Overall a great start for 320

We were visiting from out of town and this restaurant was highly recommended. The atmosphere and vibe when we walked in was welcoming and pleasant. It was upscale, yet comfortable. The service was friendly and attentive. We shared a small plate of the mushroom ravioli and we each had the waygu steak. Both dishes were very delicious and savory. Since we had gone during happy hour, our bottle of wine was half price, which was fantastic. We enjoyed our dining experience so much, that we went back the next night for their burger special on Mondays. We were not disappointed! If we lived in the area, we'd be frequent patrons for sure!

Located in the unlikely town of Hotchkiss, Colorado we found a treasure for 'date night' last night. We started with the scallop appetizer and I can't say enough good things about it. Melt in your mouth and ABSOLTELY DELISH! For the main course, I had the special, beef tenderloin, and my husband had the salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. The service was great, the ambiance soothing and the cocktails just to our liking. Locals and visitors alike should make this a regular stop at suppertime.

I'm not one to complain, but this was not a good experience for us. We had a 5 o'clock reservation and we were there for two hours, most of the time waiting. My wife ordered the short ribs (plural) and got one rib that looked awful with one huge rib bone, meat was tough, and mostly fat. My grandson ordered the elk stroganoff which was tough with under cooked noodles. I had the wagyu steak which was ok. We ordered an after dinner cocktail for my wife and I and watched the bartender sit on the other side of the bar for 20 minutes on her phone after we ordered before she could be bothered to make our drinks. I thought she was a patron at first but no... she was the bartender.

Our experience here was excellent! Starting with the ambience, which is intimate, comfortable and very positive. The service was wonderful. They were on top of everything, timely, kind and accommodating to our special request. My daughters pasta was home made and made to order, my short ribs were so tender and richly paired with potatoes and decadent sauces. The ingredients were quality and the portions very fare. Definitely worth it. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Cocktails were totally reasonable. Overall, a fabulous experience. We look forward to going back soon and definitely suggest others to indulge.

Our recent experience at three20 was fantastic!! The Wagyu steak was unbelievably tender & grilled to perfection. The staff is darling and so informed. The procured cocktail list is reminiscent of upscale NYC dining. Highly recommend three20 for an evening out or even carry out!!

RAW chicken served to us. Not just a little raw either. It was bleeding all over the plate. Zero apology which killed me more than anything and is the main reason I'll never go back. The owners were sitting at the bar even, and not a single person apologized.

Then after they brought us different food, they didn't offer to take the meal off our bill. They didn't bother to try and offer complimentary dessert or any kind of condolence for serving my wife raw chicken.

The server was trying to make small talk and be friendly, but was essentially shamming my sister in-law for drinking water too quickly.

A little hospitality training goes a LONG way. I don't know how you can claim to be fine dining and not train your staff in basic etiquette.

I will say though, the atmosphere was really nice. I liked the vibe when I walked in and enjoyed seeing what they did with the building.

I might mention that I had this experience about 1 month ago. I was hesitant to leave a review about it, but after hearing that other people have had the same experience, I figured its best to leave this review in hopes they make the necessary changes.

Wow! 10/10 We had dinner last night(Friday) sitting at the bar. Was greeted by a friendly hostess. It was busy but they were managing beautifully. From the creative cocktail list to the very approachable finer dining menu it was overall an incredible meal. The kale Cesar salad…the dressing was straight from your dreams of your Italian grandmas kitchen. The fresh pasta was to die for and the salmon cooked to perfection. Tori the bartender was busy slinging drinks but still managed to give amazing service all while training a new staff member. The homemade sourdough was an unexpected special treat and to top it off our bill was very reasonable considering all we ordered. I highly recommend 320! You won’t be sad.
