Motel correcto, con precio razonable. Los dueños muy amables y con ganas de agradar. Se nota que están haciendo mejoras poco a poco. Las habitaciones es tienen colchones nuevos, están recién pintadas.El baño necesita alguna mejora, se nota ya viejo.

The management was really kind and hospitable. When we asked for ice, they delivered it right to our room. The rooms were well furnished with nice clean sheets and a perfect retreat after finishing the John Muir Trail. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Some of the cheapest rates in town or nearby.

Spent two nights here while exploring the area and really enjoyed it. The room was recently renovated (was like new) and was totally sound proof. It had a comfortable bed, refrigerator, and microwave, as well. I couldn't hear the neighbors or water running like newer places. It was located off the main drag, parking was very good (I have a large truck). The owner was very friendly and seriously wanted to ensure my stay was excellent. Excellent value.

For a small, independent motel, the Timberline is better than most. Accommodating staff, great price. The room is a good size and in good shape. Bath fixtures are pretty new, carpet is in good shape, appliances clean & newer, and paint in good shape. The bed could be replaced as the springs creak when you sit on it, and the purple & white bed cover coordinates with nothing else and seems dated. The location was really quiet and off the highway. Small facility—only 8 rooms or so, and no pets allowed. No breakfast, and the coffee service was a single pack of regular, small cups with no lids, and cheap sugar & powder creamer. Room was fresh & clean, and we had a quick & comfortable enough stay.

This was a great stop for an overnight stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. I called ahead to reserve a room and the check in process was quick and easy. This motel is off the main street and very quiet. The price couldn’t be beat. We are glad we chose this motel!

Good location if you are looking to do Mt. Whitney. Clean rooms. Nothing more nothing less.
