Great brews, great vibe. Food is awesome and varied. We visit weekly. Nothing beats sitting on the patio watching the sun set behind Pikes Peak with a good beer. Inside is great too, but it can get busy!

Amazing spot! Blown away by the variety of food options that cater to a large crowd, especially with food aversions, many restaurants only have limited options and did not expect this level of care. We all enjoyed everything our large party ordered. TRINITY is a must, fun place with incredible food options. The beers and mixed drinks were delicious. Great staff too!

My school had a get together there and it was a blast! One waitress wasn't very friendly and I give her 0 stars, but the rest of the staff was awesome!

Great brewery with alot of tap options. The indoor area is very spacious. It's a place where you order at the bar and receive your drinks/beer at your table. A lot of food options too including veg options. Thr garlic cheese curds and Chips with White Queso was really good. Ordered two flights, each one comes with four beers (6 oz). Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who is looking for a brewery with food.

Beers are great and the menu is full of yummy food. We have a child who is allergic to the Top 8 but has a wide menu of vegan choices at Trinity. I'm grateful for the option to take my kid here and enjoy a tasty meal, beer, and play some board games for the whole family.

This place simply can't be beat! Come for the warm, friendly atmosphere, the good food, and the amazing views of Pike's Peak!

We utilized the private event space at Trinity Brewing forge location for an anniversary party this past weekend and couldn't have asked for a better space to host about 35 people (dance space included). Matt helped plan the event, was consistently responsive and helpful and thorough regarding menu, seating and options. The night of the event was seamless as well! Food was great (even gluten free options) and event staff and bartenders were super friendly. AJ went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure everyone was set up with beverages. Couldn't have asked for better space and staff. Definitely recommend!

I never write reviews but my lunch at Trinity today was too good not to. They have so many Vegan 🌱 options. I had the Vegan Chicken Caesar salad and it is one of those dishes I am already craving more of…5 hours later. Also great staff and took care of my pup on the dog-friendly patio. The server suggested the margarita Cherry style and it was so good. They were out of Vegan cheesecake BUT they had ANOTHER Vegan dessert option (which never happens), the Fried Pretzel. My dog was happy with his chicken breast and also enjoyed some of the Fried Pretzel. Will be coming back soon…too soon.

I've gone here since they opened. I always get the super-tasty, absolutely HUGE portion of vegan wings that make 2 protein-packed meals every time. They've got a full menu with carne/veggie options great beer if you drink, and a dog-friendly patio with a great view of Pikes Peak. One of my top 10 spots in the region in over 15 years here.
