Family and I stayed here on June 26th. I'm not sure if this is a policy of Tru, but I found it odd that the doors are closed 24/7 and you have to be allowed in my an employee to check in. The room was decent. The bathroom looked to have possible mold in the shower, and the paint looked to be peeling.

EEYORE RULES

Not a great selection for breakfast and the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything in the room next door including every word on the tv up until 12am and their alarm going off for an hour starting at 4:45am. Bed smelled like rotten feet like they haven’t cleaned. No microwave. Definitely hear the traffic outside. Very small rooms.

I am from the area so my review is biased. I personally do not think what I have paid for a room is worth it. The bathroom is not clean enough in the corners and looks like mold growing. I think the staff is rude. One occasion, my card would not work the staff said but my husband’s did. They were both on the same account. It is an account that has no balance and that’s another reason I have not stayed at this location since that date. I would rather sleep on the ground.

I'm not a fan of the dorm room but its the only Hilton in town. Also service is good but the 2nd floor was out of order and I had to pay a premium price for a so so room. If the 2nd floor is out they shouldn't be selling rooms at a higher cost. And it's a newer hotel, around 4 years old. Why is a whole floor closed. a whole floor is closed DUE to the upgrade which affects occupancy. Sounds like 1 star service to me.

I just checked in today and I can already tell I should have just got cheaper hotel somewhere else. For what we r paying the rooms r small af there is. I microwave there is a tiny baby fridge not even a mini fridge it’s half that size so we cannot eat out of hotel room. I’m in a dump truck not as big as a regular semi the lady comes out waving me down saying I cannot park in parking lot but she could have at least let me unload my luggage seeing as I’m a girl and have a bunch of stuff since I work out of town and have all my stuff. Also really annoyed there is no laundry room for guests that really got me enough to the point I want to check out of room. Never again tru by Hilton especially if they are all like this. Now I’m having to go to laundry mat in a dump truck and do laundry.

We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good and the place is clean, and has a happy vibe to it. We had a king bed room. The room was not as big as some hotel rooms but it had plenty of space for our suitcases, etc. I did miss not having a microwave though.
It was very quiet the weekend we were there as not many people were there.
We would definitely stay here again.

We were there for two nights for the 2024 solar eclipse.

Pleasant but odd place. Long, narrow room. No bathroom fan. Many personal products provided. Breakfast is scant but acceptable. Ample parking. Nearby fast food and TERRIBLE full service restaurants. McD had BAD overcooked nuggets.

Stuttgart is the duck hunting capital of the country and a producer/grower of rice. VERY RURAL. 1.5 hr ride to Little Rock. .

The hotell was nice, reasonably prced, but Stuttgart offered nothg.
