I have had about 4 treatments so far and I have noticed that I am sleeping more deeply and waking up more refreshed . I have noticed that I have a much more positive outlook on life and just dealing with stress and anxiety . I am not near as stressed or anxious as I used to be. It has made a huge difference in my response to stressful situations and I respond in a calmer manner when things come up. I feel more focused in my day to day as well and I feel more peace and calm and for me that is everything. I love Charlotte and Kara both they are so kind and loving. I can’t recommend them enough.

Tru North Brain center is life changing! Charlotte, Kara, and Steve are the absolute best people ever and care so deeply about every client they have!! After my first session with them I felt less anxious and my sleep was improved and In just 3 sessions I have felt tremendous difference in so many aspects of my life! my anxiety has reduced tremendously, my blood sugar has stabilized, my circulation and Raynaud’s has improved!! I feel so much inner peace that I have been craving to find and with their help I have found it!! Charlotte also has taught me techniques to help me in my everyday life as my anxiety sneaks up on me the techniques have been a game changer! I experienced this amazing machine a couple days ago. I slept like a baby afterwards. I usually am a super light sleeper and wake up to any sound. I woke up so refreshed! Charlotte was able to see emotional pain that my brain was showing (without me telling her anything). I Have been going through so heavy emotional stuff regarding our teen. When she mentioned pain I thought she meant physical pain and first and said I wasn't experiencing any. When we dove deeper it made more sense. She spends 25 hrs training monthly to ensure she can serve her clients the best. Charlotte truly cares about helping others. She is going to bring so much healing to this community. I am excited to have her start working with my boys on post concussion symptoms, depression, anxiety, adhd and dyslexia. I know she will bring results. I highly recommend her services!

My daughter has had the worst migraines for years, it got to where she was having them at least twice a week the past 3 months. After a few treatments at True North Brain Center she has not had a migraine in 2 months now. I have also had treatments on a bad infection I had on my skin and my brain. It was amazed how well it healed afterwards and how much clearer my mind felt. The treatments are quick and painless, not to mention how comfortable and great amazing they make you feel.
