The truth is, Truman housing authority is a bunch of scammers.The property Project manager thinks she is the actual Landlord, and to tell you the truth.They have no right to enter in our apartments without us being here to do inspection without warning to the people renting the apartment and they also will take all your check and say you have not pay the rent when you have pay the rent on time every month and they will kick you out over your lights being true off because of late payments and or over $18.00 of rent missing because your check is short or unpaid out of pocket health bills come up and also no oucens but twice we asked for pet agreement to sign it and also they will not even let you have people come to visit you for a day only they use other people that rent their units to spy on you and then the fake landlord will come and also will tell you can't leave any where if you just want to go walk around the block or go to the store to buy food or mess to help with your cancer and or mind of deep sadness. They also scare people from even wanting to live here because they threaded to kick me and my mom out over lights being trun out and also for asking help as well from other places that have community help and also the fake landlord is in close friendship with a lady that claimed to be helping you and she too will take over your money and even your life and home as well too and the fake landlord will even used her frined to come and tell you off and works will say you didn't pay the rent and eat. I'm telling you the hold truth and I would say away from renting from trumman houseing attorney apartment and if you do try renting from these apartments ask to see the real owner of these apartment because this places is every scammed of people and used other people that rent here to spy on you coming and going and also who comes to see you or helps to care for you or your places and also your pets and eat. Need to have this houseing attorney close for more information on how the money being used and offices people backround checked and ect.

They are corrupt. They worked with a crooked exterminator to rob me of my home of 15 years. When I complained to Little Rock they lied about me having roaches. They know I'm on SSI and are trying extortion to get $269 so I can't get on HUD because of my current full price rent. They don't care about anyone just the almighty dollar. HA used to be for poor people now they are corrupt for money.

So I been on the waiting list every since June this year. I moved back to Wisconsin for work, and have been calling to keep up with the list and I was told that I was number three a week ago and now i called and they tell me that I'm 31 on the list. Now how do that happen
My dog is in Arkansas I'm living in hotels and family member houses to wait this out and to be told that I'm not number three anymore is crazy and time taking and money taking from a place I can call home. I'm from Arkansas and my family lives there as well so this is crazy to me. An they had the nerves to get loud with me over the phone this morning. So they really need to step it up. I have a blind sister that needs my help and I cannot get to her let alone help her due to the housing so like I said they need to step it up and this is my viewing y'all have a great day
