Relación calidad precio cara. Pero lo peor fue el trato despectivo de una recepcionista ante un problema con el depósito extra que te retienen en la tarjeta. Su falta de profesionalidad ante un invitado fue desagradable.
Las piscinas son agradables pero dejan comer pizza dentro de ellas lo que considero una falta de higiene total. La suciedad era evidente y había vasos por todos los lados. La radio estaba puesta con un volumen alto.

Not the type to leave reviews, but I wish I would’ve seen a review like this one before I stayed here. Stayed here once, not gonna stay again. Check in is at 4pm meanwhile check out is 11am. If you want to use their hot springs while you wait for your room to be ready, they’ll make you buy a day pass for each person you’re with even though you are literally waiting on your room that you paid for. They advertise a pretty fair price for a room but hide $50+ in “fees” that apply at checkout such as a “resort fee” for $40. Rooms are super outdated and dirty, had multiple stains on our bed sheets. Trash left in the room from prior guests. Charge you $5 just to use the robes that are in your room during your stay. Staff was friendly and restaurant is decent but overpriced ($30 for a pizza). They close their hot springs area at 9pm. Overall, costed $255 to get a dirty outdated room for 19 hours (4pm - 11am). I’d definitely recommend staying somewhere else.

I stopped by for a Saturday night over Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time. The pools were not crowded (we were almost always able to get one to ourselves) and, if you can put up with the freezing temps and ice coated floors, the scenery was beautiful!

The rooms were fine and comfy, nothing special. It was lacking a microwave but in general had the other amenities. Interestingly there was a Keurig machine but only tea and hot chocolate K-Cups (no coffee). Not sure if this was intentional or not, but as a result I went with their complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was pretty gross (essentially just instant coffee).

Their breakfast buffet is decent (and didn't add much cost when I purchased the bundle online). It's nothing fancy but they have the typical breakfast spread that can please most people. The coffee they had there was fresh-brewed, but they were very clear that nothing is allowed to leave the dining room.

Though this place isn't perfect, I certainly enjoyed myself. Plus the price seemed reasonable when comparing to other hot springs resorts.

I also visited in summer 2023 and pretty much had the same experience, just with more crowds.

We had a much needed and highly enjoyable experience here at this lodge.

Check-in process was through a kiosk, which you had to use before the front last would really talk with you. Went smoothly, printed up map and 2 keys
Room was adequate, though ours was one of the dog friendly ones that are across the street, along the river. AC, fridge, furniture and TV.
Resort has 2 pools of not hot water, and 9 tubs of varying hot temps with 3 of them being adults only. The views are absolutely stunning, all around. And there's a bar at the pool that you can charge stuff to your room
The rate we got included breakfast buffet for 4 and it was beyond expectation, at least what they offered. Food was fine.

Overall, we loved it. All of it.

I absolutely love the atmosphere of the place and the hot springs!! Love going and disconnect from the city and get that nice small town atmosphere. Love walking around town and the small hikes near it. But the rooms need a HUGE UPGRADE!! The last time we were there i had to flush the toilet twice every single time we used it. The BEDS also need a huge upgrade!! The one we stayed on had a huge dent in the middle so it felt like I kept sliding towards the middle, super uncomfortable!! The armour are super outdated!! And takes up sooo much space from the room. If they upgraded the TV by hanging them on the wall and having a nice dresser with a small coat closet would be much more spacious and more convenient!! Just a couple of suggestions also one more thing on your hot springs that are 18yrs and older. The sign of the tempature should be MORE VISIBLE OR HAVE WHITE BACKGROUND SO IT'S VISIBLE DURING THE NIGHT! Just a couple of things that I could suggest. But every single time I'm out there I absolutely LOVE IT!!
