This place is great. Found by accident on a short layover flight in from Colorado Springs in the out of the way B-80-90 gates and had to foot it all the way to a B30+ gate the other side of the terminal. We'd make it but not really enough time to grab a bite to eat in the West United Club (East still closed). My wife said "What's this?". Sign said United Club Fly. No idea what that was. We stopped and read the banner. We both are club members so we scanned our boarding passes and it let us in. All I can say is wow. Coffee stand with attendants on the left. Food and beverages stalls to the back. It's like a mini convenience store you just grab and go. Literally. We each grabbed a sandwich and a bag of chips. Threw them in our backpacks and off we went.

Clever concept of self-service and self check-in small lounge. Looks a little bit like a nice coffee shop. Self service on just about everything, clearly designed to handle folks who come and go. It looked nice and cozy. The long electric fireplace doesn’t do it for me. Just not needed.

Spacious club. Food choices are limited for those with dietary restrictions. Need more vegetarian options that are gluten free other than salad. There were zero entrees or desserts I could eat. Only two sides were both vegetarian and gluten free. This is the second time I’ve been here and had the same experience with very limited food options.

Terrible service - would give no stars if possible. United website says active duty military allowed. Flight was delayed & when we arrived a super rude attendant person told us we had to have leave papers? We have not had leave papers in 20+ year - both of us have been in for 18+ years - made no sense at all & will not be flying United again. Way to support your service members United!!!

Could be my new fav club concept. So many grab and go options. Sandwiches fruit, hummus, dozens of drinks, chips, snacks, coffee, and barista on site. I love this place.

Great spot if you're in a rush between connections but also available on departures and arrivals so you can grab some snacks to start or end your trip.

Small, quiet club with seats but focus on grab and go. 3x sandwiches, snacks e.g. salad, cheese, good drinks, batista bar. Relaxed and mostly empty. Grab and go....or stay

If only there were more of these all over the US! The standard clubs and lounges are like a feeding troff of pigs after less than desirable looking food with utensils touched by hundreds of nasty traveler hands.

This is the exception! For those who like to enjoy a nice food or snack option that’s clean and sanitary, easy for grab and go running through to a connection or running late, a coffee bar with a stud Barista (Griffin makes a great Matcha), and clean surfaces, this is for you.

Healthy salads, hummus, fruit, eggs, snacks, cookies, coffee, canned bevs, they nailed it.

I would choose this option over the standard lounge any day. In fact I’m going out of my way to grab a snack when I land.

United - please put more of these in all the major hubs! One thing you’re finally doing right.
