This place is legit. Beers are great. This isn’t a new startup Fort Collins brewery, this is a longtime well-respected brewery originally started in Loveland. Verboten has been one of my favorite local breweries for years. This Fort Collins location is great. It’s perfect for meeting up in mid town without the parking hassle of old town. I did not try any food but I’ve heard that it’s pretty good. Order any of the chocolate cake stouts or any IPA, they are all pretty good.

My beautiful bride and I took three of our four kiddos out in Ft. Collins. One of our youngsters is in his second year at CSU.

We swung by just to grab something to eat, bonus, there is beer! Lots of choices.

We ordered 3 pizzas for the five of us. Plenty of food. One Italian sausage,one mushroom, and one buffalo chicken.

We shared. All three were delicious. The best part was the staff. They were helpful when ordering the pizza. They brought it out nice and hot. The pizzas were all pan style and did I mention delicious?

If I was a little younger and still in college, this would absolutely be on my favorite rotation. As an extra bonus, there was a praying mantis hanging with us as we ate. He kept to himself, but a bunch of little people LOVED looking at him.

We came for the brews and stayed for the pizza, and we recommend both! Beer ranged from a delightful strawberry hefeweizen to a hazelnut brown. It’s hard to choose a favorite beer, but the real surprise was the delicious pizza. Advertised as Detroit-inspired, we tried the Meat Me and Hawaiian, and loved both. They have a great patio for an evening outside or plenty of tables options inside. Check out this great location!

The beers were absolutely incredible! Their rauchbier is one of the first I've ever had that was subtle instead of overpowering. Go for their Czech dark lager it is legit outstanding!

Verboten North is a welcome addition to Fort Collins! We have enjoyed Verboten beers for a long time, but getting down to Loveland didn't happen enough to be able to enjoy their tap room. North has its own brewing facilities, and the owners are experimenting with gin as a secondary focus. We think this is awesome, and I love visiting and seeing the gin list continuing to improve as they fill it out.

The pizzas are also excellent, and I usually opt for the special, since it's always good and often unexpected.

Such a cool new spot! Excellent beer, just like the Loveland location, with unique beers only available at this brewpub. Pizza was so flavorful, with delicious sauce and crispy edges. So stoked to have another reason to drink beer in Fort Collins 😀

We always go to the Loveland location, but since there is another location, and they are serving different beers (different brewers) then this gives us two different reasons to go to both. Also twice the reason to love Verboten!!!

Beer is great at both locations!!

Pizza was good too!! We had "The Classic" and it was tasty. Can easily split with another person.

Do yourself a favor and go to both locations!

Only had appetizers and a beer. Appetizers were good. You have to place food and drink orders at the bar, no table service. Love the new bright look of the F.C location. My husband loves their beer. The pizzas look great.
