We cannot say enough about the time and care that The Wellshire's staff put into our wedding day. They are truly professionals to the highest degree. We worked with Sarah, and she exercises a type of patience, understanding, and coordinating that is very rare. The food is excellent, the event space is beautiful (if you want a sort of scottish pub type feel), and about 90% of everything you need is done in house.

The Wellshire inn met my expectations for my wedding and beyond. It was everything I imagined for my day. Chris promised us a good hot meal and that’s exactly what we got. Sarah my coordinator for my big day was truly my rock and helped made the day flawless and kept my stress to a bare minimum. Such a beautiful venue that accommodated my large wedding. Truly perfection. Thank you Wellshire!!

The Wellshire was the best venue I could have hoped for for my wedding. It's an absolutely stunning, rustic, building on a beautiful golf course, and the owner really tries to take care of his clients. Most of the staff is absolutely fantastic, and I love that the venue is all-inclusive-- the things I had to provide is my own decor, a photographer, a videographer, a DJ, and the officiant. All the day-of staff, coordination, and food came from The Wellshire. From the guest's perspective, everything went absolutely perfectly. From the bride's perspective, there were definitely things (coordination related) that needed work, but I had a great time anyway. Best day ever!

I've had the privilege to photograph multiple weddings at the Wellshire Event Center in Denver, Colorado. I love creating images for the bride and groom at historical buildings, and Wellshire definitely brings that. Their large indoor tent is great for ceremony's and I love there main reception area.
My favorite part of the Wellshire is there professionalism and positivity. Sarah and the management and staff have always treated me with respect and kindness. That go's a long way being a fellow vendor. I highly recommend the Wellshire!

The Wellshire is a beautiful location to host any function - and was perfect for our wedding! We had already looked at a few other locations and were dismayed at the set-up/clean-up restrictions, the food/catering restrictions, and the overall cost of what places were wanting to charge and what they were willing to provide. Wellshire did require that they cater the event, but Chris won us over when he told us that we could invite multiple rugby teams and we wouldn't run out of the hor d'oeuvres or desserts! Kacey was our onsite coordinator and SUPER nice. The food was fantastic - and I have to mention Olga because she was my superhero that day! She made sure to bring my husband and me each tray of the different hor d'oeuvres to ensure that we were eating throughout the reception! Since we had it on a Sunday, we had the venue to ourselves. They let us drop off the decorations the day before and pick everything up the day after - HUGE benefit! We had plenty of room to get ready in the separate bride and groom suites; have the ceremony in the Windsor Room; cocktail hour in the Onyx Lounge; the photo booth, games, and creative corner in the Cambridge Room; and the reception in the Rocky Mountain Pavilion. Plus, we had a beautiful patio and view to enjoy the evening air! I had tons of feedback from our guests about how great the venue was - so I would definitely recommend 100%!!!

Wellshire Event Center was the venue our daughter and son-in-law chose for their wedding and reception. We worked with Sara and she did a fantastic job of communicating with us. This venue has unique and interesting features and nooks. The photos turned out fabulous and food was very good!

We had a great time having our wedding at the Wellshire, all to be spoiled by a couple bad apples. Some of the staff were very rude, our wedding cake was thrown away at the end of the night, bartenders not good, and some of our personal belonging went missing. The bartenders were over serving guests and not abiding by the rules we had discussed prior to the wedding. We were assured that all our personal belongings would be safe to be picked up the next day after our wedding, this was not the case. If you care at all about your personal belongings make sure you take the time to clean up everything at the end of the night. Some of the staff members are thieves.

We had such a fabulous wedding! All the planning and prep and execution was just amazing! Sarah was a dream to work with from start to finish. She happily answered every single email I sent her (there were probably a hundred!!) And she was there every step of the way on wedding day. I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Sarah and the whole Wellshire team!!
