I've had an office at WeWork for the past 6 months and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. In a world where the focus is often solely on profit and productivity, it's refreshing to find a workspace that prioritizes the well-being of its employees and guests.

People at WeWork are talented and driven, yet also down-to-earth and supportive. There's a sense of camaraderie here that I haven't experienced at other workplaces.

Here, kindness and professionalism coexist, making it not just a place to work for a paycheck, but a community where you can grow and thrive.

Coming here has been such a wonderful experience! The Community team has provided such a welcoming experience and has always been there to help whenever I needed it. It is so close to campus; I will just walk over grab some food and work for hours. Not to mention walking in and seeing the friendliest dog on the block, Kai, brightens up my day!

Our team was looking to find a creative destination for offsite as we scale our biz. Sadly, we've used WeWork in other locations and other companies with success & loved the experience. However, Our experience yesterday was pretty bad and no one sought out solutions for our 4 hour stay ($500 cost just for meeting room). Coffee was out on every floor, no forks for lunch, sink was broken on our floor, elevator was broken & scary, TV didn't work in our space (they fixed wire connection), and almost every floor's unique drink offering (Seltzer, Kumbacha, etc) was completely out of stock or broken. Hope this review helps them fix up the spot and deliver a consistent experience. We wont be returning to WeWork as the value proposition is lost. 🙁

The company will be obsolete in about six months, but it’s not just poor management - the attitude of indifference to customer satisfaction starts at the top and travels all the way down to the front desk.

Not only is the space fantastic, Cynthia, Star and Amanda, the community leaders, are incredible. They consistently go way above and beyond to, not just help with logistics, but also to make the environment a welcoming and fun place to be. Their genuine care and friendly smiles make it a pleasure to come to work!

Of all of the WeWork spaces that my company uses (from Boston, New York, Seattle) this one in Berkeley is hands down the best. Its unique interior designs gives you the artsy vibe that you need to feel awake and alive on any given day that you need to be productive. As per usual: the complimentary coffee, kombucha, and beer are all and always on point. But more importantly, what separates this WeWork space from the other is the vibe, culture and the hospitality of the staff. The positive tone is set from the moment you walk in! The welcoming smiles and eagerness to make you feel comfortable from staff like Lindsay, is honestly why i feel like everyone here is positive, which makes it my favorite Wework space to work from. Definitely consider!

Amazing office space in the perfect downtown Berkeley location. The staff here are fantastic. The facilities are new and designed to maximize productivity - very fast and reliable wifi, plenty of phone booths, great meeting rooms with big screens.
