I brought a group here to bowl. It was a last minute decision and they could accommodate 12 of us.

They staff is young, but friendly. We got set up on a couple of lanes and had loads of problems. But, they handled it well. They tried to get the lanes fixed and when they couldn't, they moved us and restarted our time. Then, we were sent over a large pan of nachos. A sweet gesture of goodwill.

The alley itself doesn't appear to be oiled so if you are a bowler, use a house ball. Trust me. LOL Straight ball, or curve, its going in the gutter until you use the house ball.

There was no food/drink service our entire time, save for the free nachos, and some of my group was annoyed because they had to go to the bar, but, all in all we had a great time and the staff did their best to make good the situation.

I wouldn't join a bowling league here, but to come for a night out with friends, sure.

We brought a large group of high schoolers and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure that our group had a good time. It was an incredible night for out students. We had originally planned our outing at another time and we were snowed out and they were easy to reschedule with. I highly recommend WhirlyBall!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 1. $45/hr for bowling is outrageous. 2. We reserved two lanes and had over 12 people ordering food and drinks, after an hour we were told we couldn’t buy more time and keep playing because they gave our lanes to other customers, never giving us a chance to keep playing. 3. Ordering drinks from the bar take FOREVER. This waitress that served us at our lane was fantastic, but the bar was not fulfilling our order in a timely fashion at all. It took 45 minutes for my drink to come. Do not come here.

WhirlyBall Entertainment Center is an absolute blast for the whole family! The games are incredibly fun and engaging, making it a perfect spot for all ages. Whether you're into WhirlyBall itself, laser tag, or any of the other activities, there's something for everyone.

The food is also fantastic – a great selection of delicious options that make for a satisfying meal after an exciting day of play. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly place with great food, WhirlyBall Entertainment Center is the place to be!

Amazing fun! The staff was so helpful and the facilities were clean and new. I highly recommend for groups of any size to go and enjoy!

Haven't been able to fit whirlyball in our family budget until I got a Groupon for 10 players for an hour. So excited to have an activity or family could bond over that even the adult kids would have fun playing with younger siblings.
But we got there and they only had 9 bumper cars. I'm mom. I can't stand someone else having to sit in the sideline, so I did and just took pictures. Everyone else had fun at least, except the youngest who got hurt when his car rammed a floorboard and a teen who foot bumped hard from behind. (No shoulder strap seat belt, fyi.) Toward the end, another car went dead and amagnetic syripe on the floor went out too. Sigh.
But pretty upset when we had a reservation for 10 they didn't tell us they don't have enough equipment in running order for us all. Just leaving here feeling disappointed. They said sorry, but... how hard is it to tell us before we arrive the max players is 9?

Facility is clean.
Employees are kind. Nice referee for our game.
Early on a Saturday, not too crowded, though they do pay music at a fairly high level like most entertainment places would, so not quiet enough to hear my family from behind the glass where I watched them playing.
So I would recommend this as a fun activity for a multiple age group pleaser, but always verify if all their equipment is up and running before driving all the way out to them.
