Granted we was a ski lodge the door kept opening blowing cold air in. Seems like by now something could be done to control that. Our waitress was GREAT!! Just hate I don't remember her name. She memorized 8 orders with a couple of them changing this and that. All came out correctly and a timely manner.

Cute decor, clean area. Plastic wrapped flatware on table with the one napkin. Couldn't cut anything with the plastic knife though. Side of ranch comes packaged. Quesabirria tacos were super soggy. $6.50 a taco. Everyone else said their food was okay. Waited 30+ minutes for the check. Might have been an off day.

It is a great venue for small house concerts. Peggy Mann was amazing as usual. The service, food, and drinks were amazing. The view of Mount Baldy behind Peggy was so impressive and majestic. Tell them Wade Carter from Oklahoma City sent you.

I love the fact that their menu is diverse and I have many options to choose from. One of my favorites would be the gyro bowl. Sheri the manager is always attentive and friendly regardless of how busy she is. I don’t go out often but this will be one of my go to places for a change of pace.

This place has one of the best happy hours in Grand Lake 4p-6p. The views of Mt. Craig (Mt. Baldy) from their open deck are unmatched. The people are super friendly, they make excellent beverages and good food. It is one of the establishments where the locals congregate. This is a highly recommended stop if visiting Grand Lake, Colorado.

What a lucky find. I love this place. Everyone I have met here makes the stay that much better. Enejda, Larela, and Gabby are awesome. From the food to the drinks to their amazing positive vibes it’s always a great time at the Wild Bear. These gals rock!! Whenever I’m in Grand Lake this is where you’ll find me. All the staff here kicks ass.

Anytime you visit Grand Lake, I highly recommend the Wild Bear Cafe at the Gateway Inn!! The atmosphere, menu and service is top notch!! Affordable prices and fun for the entire family!! You will love it!!
