This place is a wonderful quiet escape. It’s on the outskirts but close to great shops, dog parks, and hiking locations. The schools are wonderful and close by also. It’s very pet friendly, and clean. The gym has all the essentials and this location is very walkable. Whenever we have a maintenance issue the maintenance team gets things fixed very quickly and professionally. Every morning I get up and go to drop my kids off at school there is a lovely view of the mountains and the fields and ponds during the summer and fall are full of sunflowers. The appliances are high end and the neighborhood is very safe. When my partner and I moved in, in July 2024, the staff were friendly and very helpful. They made the process easy. They also helped us get to know the area since we moved to Colorado from Virginia! We have had such a great experience living here and absolutely adore the dog park, pool, hot tub, fireplace, and dog spa. My kids love hanging out in the community center, and the business center gave me resources that helped me finalize the sale in my home in Virginia. My partner also rented out a bicycle and was able to go exploring without having to waste gas. Both my partner and I are disabled veterans with chronic nerve pain and the property manager Cherie took that into consideration and put us on a bottom unit. It’s been amazing living here and I recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet life, and access to amenities I’ve never had before in an apartment.

I have been a tenant for 2 years here. I have had a wonderful experience. The ladies that work in the office are amazing and the maintenance team is timely and nice as well. This place has been a wonderful home for my husband and I and our dog. The one thing I boast most about this place is that they are dog friendly—really truly dog friendly as they have no breed restrictions. The amenities are very nice. We have a small playground for kiddos and a dog run for pups. As an added bonus, almost all the other tenants that I’ve run into are so polite and nice. I definitely reccommend this place for individuals, couples, and small families.

My wife and I have loved living here! From the cozy, comfortable, modern, and well kept apartments to the welcoming, kind, and helpful staff, both in office and maintenance. The Wildhorse apartments are in a great location just near Centerplace. The neighborhood is a great one. They throw amazing events at the clubhouse to help strengthen the community and help new comers meet their new neighbors. Personally my wife and I love the amenities they have to offer from the hot tub and pool to the nice sized gym to the garden beds they have to offer residents during growing season!

We were really hesitant to move back to Greeley but are so happy we did. The apartment was really clean when we moved in, all new appliances that work really well and great amenities in the complex. Parking has never been an issue and they’re really pet friendly, allowing our 120lb pup that most wouldn’t accept due to his size. We love how quiet it is and tucked back but not far from any shops or restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable apartment without sacrificing quality!

My boyfriend and I just moved here! So far, the apartment is nice! Everyone is so nice. Such a beautiful community. We love the amenities that they offer! The management has been great with us so far! Have nothing to complain about!

Very clean and spacious but affordable. My wife and I have enjoyed the quiet community and the responsiveness from management. They've been really good at letting everyone know well in advance about any inspections so we can prepare. Also there's a keg in the clubhouse which is an obvious bonus

I've been a resident since June 2024. Ever since I first put in an application with them, I have always gotten very fast responses, answers to all my questions, and very friendly customer service. The unit was beautifully cleaned upon move in, the community is very interactive, and anytime I have ever had a concern (like maintenence needs or what have you) they have always been right ontop of it. The entire staff is wonderful! And the community is beautiful. Out of any apartment I have lived in in the last 10 years, this one outshines them all by a long shot!!!!! I have recommended this community to many folks 🙂 thank you for maintaining such a great HOME environment 💜 I haven't been happier.

Gilbert came on a Saturday to fix my washer, the last crew never came on weekends! This was actually amazing for me and worked with my schedule to let my dog in the room. He also maintains the property like nobody else has before!🙏
