The drivers are great, customer service is great but your website for scheduling and seeing your current orders, past orders and when pick up is scheduled is not great. Doesn't show date being picked up, no ETA ever but thankfully I can call in and get a bit of information.

That said if I don't get the right person on the first call, things have been messed up in the past.

Good prices, appreciate the service but communication, site experience and automation is not where I would expect it. Get a better website and device communication and updates, and I wouldn't be tempted to go to another provider each time.

WM will leave your recycling on the curb for 2 months, lie about picking it up, then charge you an extra $100 for their incompetence.

Edit #1: Just when I thought the service couldn't get any worse - there was a $110 charge on this months bill for an extra pick up. Oh, you mean the time you had to drive by to pick up the recycling you'd been ignoring for 2 MONTHS?! Then when I call into customer service for an explanation, I'm hung up on. Truly surprised someone hasn't sued this complete JOKE of a company.

Edit #2: After calling WM about the additional $100 charge for TWO "extra" pick ups, I was assured by the customer service rep that the extra charge would be dropped. Service was not completed for TWO MONTHS, so it wasn't an extra pick up, it was a make-up pick up. Lo and behold, my account was charged $138 dollars. So now you aren't doing your job and you're charging me extra because I pay attention and call you out on not doing your job?! WHAT A JOKE. This company is a SCAM. The customer service is ATTROCIOUS.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My recycling hasn't been picked up for over 2 months. Drivers will say they can't pick up due to "Containers not out" even when your container is at the curb. They have taken intentionally misleading photos to "prove" bins not out (attached to review). The photo doesn't include the driveway where the bins were placed, just the front of the house - who puts their bins in the front yard? I've called customer service 4 separate times, spoken to a manager twice, submitted multiple tickets, and STILL NO PICK UP. If your drivers have time to drive by and take a photo of my home WHILE LOOKING AT THE BIN THEY CLAIM ISNT OUT, you'd think they could do their job and pick up the recycling. I've included the photo the drivers submitted to "prove" the bin wasn't out and one showing where the bins are placed 24/7. Seriously save yourself the money and headache and go with literally any other recycling and waste removal service.

I wish I could give them no stars! Their chat service is awful and just ends mid talking. But the ONE thing they need to do they don’t! First week with this company was last week and they forgot the trash pick up in our entire neighborhood! Tomorrow makes a week everyone’s trash has been sitting outside! Go to another company, trust me! And to top it off, they didn’t even offer to comp the week they missed!

Trash has not been picked up for two weeks. Whenever you talk to customer service they just say it’s delayed until the next day. First week was due to a weather delay - sure ok. Second week apparently it’s due to their truck being broken down. They won’t refund or reduce the bill and don’t do extra pick ups. Not my problem. Waiting to see if they actually come today and if not I’m going to SoCo waste - called them and they’re cheaper and family owned. Not to mention our entire street and NEIGHBORHOOD is having the same issue with WM. Absolutely unsanitary and complete BS.

Promises made but not kept should be the motto of WM. Despite having hard workers out in the field, customer service is horrible. My bill increased and so I called and I asked why and I tried to see if there’s anything that I could do to lower my bill. They did not offer any suggestions but instead referred me to their priority team there. I was told that if I stayed with them for a year, they would give me one quarter for free. I was told my next charge that I would receive would be in three months instead they charge me the full amount just a couple days after I had gotten off the phone with customer service and after I had requested any of my recycling service, they went ahead and charged me for recycling, which I no longer have the recycle bin After dozens of communications back-and-forth. I was promised an additional credit of $82.35 even after communicating with Corporate the email that I received from Corporate said we promised to give you an additional credit of $82.35 however, they refuse to provide that and instead when I complain to the Better Business Bureau waste management decided to cancel services Since apparently if you try and hold them to their word, they can’t handle that and they don’t want to deal with you anymore. Please be very careful with this company if you ever have any issues or problems, be prepared to not have them resolved and any promises that they make even on a recorded phone call and even if it’s in a written email, they will tell you that you misunderstood the clear plain language and blame you for everything if you’re able to find any other trash company, please go with any other trash company

Do not give these crooks your money. They MIGHT email you telling you pick up has been delayed, but if they do it will be at 8pm on pick up day. This shouldn’t even qualify as a business its so bad. EMPLOYE ANYONE ELSE.

Management needs a reality check. There isn't any dedicated safe place to turn a compactor around. I was told to turn my compactor around on the big hill. What if that sucker rolls and crushes my legs while I'm hooking up the winch? The dump area is too small to be able to maintain their workface rules. This place is very unsafe for a company that supposedly prides itself on safety.

Update. Once again, management won't give drivers a proper place to turn compactors around. The only place i could turn mine around today was right in front of the dump area because the rest of the flat areas are choppy and not maintained. They're not even trying. Now, I'm having conflicts with other drivers. Fix it.

3 weeks no service and have called about 20 times. They have not picked up the entire street trash. Then they lied and said our trash and the neighbors trash were not out. Don’t use them!
