Had our wedding there and everything was spectacular. All the staff was very attentive that evening and everything ran very smooth. They didn't have me stressed out even once.

Z Ranch Event Center was the perfect place for our wedding. Victoria did an amazing job with coordinating and made sure all of our visions came to life. She is responsive, organized and works so hard to make her clients feel like a priority. The venue is beautiful as you can see from the images below and accommodated our large wedding! We loved our experience with Z Ranch. They helped make our day so special! I would highly recommend Z Ranch!

Z Ranch, and mostly Victoria exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. This venue was exactly what we were looking for in an indoor/outdoor venue. Victoria was very understanding and so helpful on the weeks leading up to our wedding day, and on the day of, she made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend getting married here!!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Victoria at the Z Ranch Event Center from begining to end. We were having a difficult time trying to find a venue that holds the amount of people we were looking to have ( 250 ppl). Although their are a few venues that could manage our guest list it was not even close to comparison of how nice and well setup this venue was. We used all preferred vendors she had given us. Alcohol, catering, photographer and DJ. We did our research to compare cost and nothing could beat what her vendors could do. She responded to our emails in a timely matter and was able to meet with us more then it really required but it helped us plan out all our DIY decor. She was fun, light hearted and gave us a lot of feed back of the ideas of things we wanted to do that made our wedding unique. Great job!

Day of our wedding ran very smooth, our rehersal the day before went well and no one was confused walking in when it was "Go Time". Victoria did a fantastic job executing all of our unique requests and everything went as perfect as it could have. We got a lot of feed back from our guest from our wedding and said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We had our ceremony June 1st @ 4:00pm. The Ceremony was hot but when reception started and both gargage doors were open it's was perfect! Air traveled through the venue and people enjoyed being inside and out. Overal I would highly recommened working with Victoria and planning your special day at the Z Ranch! If we could do it all over again we would.

Changes: Only thing we would suggest is to meet with the DJ a few days prior to wedding to get things transferred or shared and give the DJ a feel of the crowd we have and what we would like him to play and when. I think that would help a lot since music is a BIG part of the day. We filled out the form that was requested but feel things were still not clearly communicated.

Thank you for everything Z Ranch it will be a day we never will forget!!

The Z Ranch was the most perfect place for our reception. Victoria made the day go very smoothly and was extremely helpful to work with. With the mountains in the background and the rustic feel of the barn, it made for the most beautiful pictures. We wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Z Ranch was the PERFECT venue for our large western wedding. The location is beautiful and its proximity to both Kersey and Greeley gives guests lots of hotel options. Victoria was a lifesaver during planning, vendor selection and day-of logistics. She was our shoulder to lean on and always provided a positive and honest opinion.

It's a beautiful venue, but brutal sitting in the sun during the ceremony.
It would be so kind to come up with large umbrellas on the west side, or a shade fence to block the sun.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had a terrible experience as well as many others we know who had the same experience. It’s such a shame.
